All Starbucks are different I get that but the fact this location always gets the drinks wrong and not only that but it?s Rare... to get a friendly hello. All the times I have come something gone wrong or just the baristas are not Starbucks friendly. Iordered a venti Carmel macchiato and got milk in a cup. Just tried their kale egg white bites and they are delicious
I love Starbucks but this location needs to work on their manners. The drive through was backed up and to save time I ran in and... ordered two items that required no prep. A croissant (not warmed up) and a cake pop. I was the second person on line and it wasquick to place my order. I was given the croissant quickly. Then waited 10 minutes for the cake pop. Once I saw many otherpeople get their drinks I asked about the cake pop. I then waited another few minutes and the guy I asked (after making anotherdrink) went under the counter grabbed out the cake pop and took it out of its bag, put it in a Starbucks bag and threw it at me.No sorry or anything. I think this behavior is awfully rude and unacceptable. Will be going to other better cafe spots in thefuture. Read more

This location is my favorite in the Georgetown area. Many of the staff are so friendly and really can make your day better.... Drinks made here are, for the most part, high quality. Occasionally I have been given the wrong or an incomplete order, but theyare quick to remedy if I?m still close enough to go back in. Pro tip: check order before you get too far. Today I ordered agrande nitro cold brew, a venti sugar free cinnamon dulce, and an order of sous vid eggs, and everything was fantastic! Read more
It says you can dine in but there is no dine in..... they are a little rude when they ask you to put your mask up over your... nose. Then when you look behind the counter one of the workers dont even have there mask on.... really! Also the 3 drinks I gotwhere not very good. One was not even full. One was barely warm. Read more
