Funny they say no one wants to apply. All those Sun City people seem to not want to work anymore.

So I didn't keep my receipt so you may not even read this. But you need to hear it. #1: I went to the Subway on Williams Dr in... Georgetown, TX. It's a few blocks from my house. I hadn't been in a while for a number of reasons but thought I'd give youanother shot. #2: the staff seems better, the restaurant seems cleaner. #3: I refuse to help you pay for national sports figurespimping your product by shelling out over $15 for a sandwich (almost $20 with a tip). Especially when it was made on the wrongbread (ordered the Italian seasoned bread - got a plain Loaf. Didn't notice until I got home). I ordered one of your Meatballsubs with pepperoni - you have a catchy name for it. I forget what you call it, because I've ordered Meatball subs withpepperoni from this location for years - but NOT for $15. I figure your decision for these prices won't last very long (you'realready trying to BOGO this new line-up, no doubt trying to offset customer sticker shock). But until you wake up and realizeyou're a fast feeder - NOT a sit - down restaurant with table service, you won't get any more purchases from ME or any number ofpeople I plan to share this experience with ... I used to count on Subway as a quick alternative to a burger from one of the twoburger joints less than a mile away, but I developed a new-found respect for those burger joints, because they've kept theirpricing in line (sure, they've gone up - thanks Joe Biden), but I can still get a burger with fries & a shake or soft drink forless than what you think your new line up of sandwiches are worth. Worth to YOU, maybe - certainly not to me. So get it together- realize what you are & price your product accordingly or find yourselves on one of the lists put out ocassionally of all therestaurants that have gone away. For good. You're on the right track because you lost me as a customer with those prices. What ashame. Mike Fisher Georgetown, TX Read more

Staff was friendly enough, but the cash register had problems. Ordered one of the new "series" subs and with a bottled water it... was almost $20, and then the card reader pushed for a tip. I gave a tip since it's not the staff's fault, but $20 for theusual, bland meatball sub with four slices of pepperoni and a water is a joke. Especially since they didn't have the buffalomozzarella. Never again. Zero stars for Subway, minus one for the obnoxious "we can't get anyone to apply sign," but threesince the staff was good. Two in total. Fifteen bucks for a sub? Get real Subway. Many other options in town are both betterand cheaper. Read more

I was In their location yesterday. And I was kicked out and told I wasn't allowed to come back for not wearing my mask or having... my vaccination card. The way they treated me. Was absolutely horrible. The Foul language was very ugly. Next time just ask meto leave cause you did not embarrass me. You made this company look really bad. I did indeed file a complaint against thiscompany and now have a lawyer taking care of everything else. NOT TO MENTION, I WAS RECORDING THE ENTIRE SCENE. Justice will beServed. God Bless yall so much. Read more

First, how does a sandwich shop not have turkey or roastbeef? HEB is a short walk, and they have a deli, might be more... expensive..but better than having dissatisfied customers. That's poor management. Secondly, when did a Subway sandwich startcosting 10.00 and close to twelve for a tuna sub? I can't be the only one shocked by this. It's only been about a few weeks agoat another Subway I paid 7 or 8, which was ridiculous. We're talking the price for a sit down restaurant meal. I hope this isnot the way all Subways are going. I've been to this Subway store several times and they deserve a good review! It is the cleanest, most organized (including the... ingredients), and has the friendliest staff than any other Subway I've been to! They also have soup which I haven't seen atother franchises... Read more

The wait time here is very long. The staff do not hustle even when there is two or three people waiting parking. I wouldn?t rate... poorly if it was due to being understaffed - it is a lack of effort. Lack of customer service too - low energy and not overlyfriendly. They are not rude though so that is good. Food quality is typical for a Subway - no complaints there. Read more
