Great place and great staff. Have seen customers berate them like a child throwing a tantrum. Would be 5 stars but they... consistently run out of ingredients. Not the staff's fault, that's more on the management. Still, this is the only Subway I goto since moving to this area because every other one is garbage. Read more
Went here with my fiancé today at 11AM the girl that was working there was really rude and told my fiancé that she couldn?t... have extra spinach on her wrap because they ran out of spinach in the back. Absolutely the rudest most disrespectful customerservice I?ve ever had at subway and she didn?t even make her wrap correct most of the toppings were in the middle and not spreadout and when my fiancé told her this she got mad and had an attitude so we just left the place horrible place to go wouldn?trecommend eating at this place. Good location. Loved the staff and their positive adittudes. The food choice was good and fresh. I really enjoy the all... vegetables pizza. To me it has a good flavor. I also love their cookies which are baked fresh each day at the store. I dorecommend this location. Read more
It took 20 minutes to make my sandwich with two customers in front of me. The two ladies working are sisters and we?re bickering... literally the entire time. They went into the back several times and you could hear them arguing and yelling at each other. Itwasn?t even noon and they were out of three different meats and two different types of bread. They did such a terrible jobtopping my sandwich with vegetables that I had to open the sandwich pack up and balance out the 20 jalapeños that they put juston one side of the sandwich. This is one of the worst experiences I?ve had at any restaurant in my entire life. It?s really hardto mess up a sandwich, yet these two ladies did that. They messed up the sandwich. Waited 20 minutes to get two sandwiches with inly one person in front of me. As the manager lady was making my sandwich she... stopped in the middle of it and stood in the lobby for the duration of my order. She also answered the work phone and screamedand used profanity while customers were eating in the lobby. Ordered a veggie sandwich to come to find out there were nocucumbers, pickles, banana peppers, and tomatoes. Also ordered the chicken bacon ranch and the lady didn?t know what chicken wasand gave me a slice of brisket instead of bacon. 10 out of 10 do not recommend coming here. Read more
The employees are the sweetest, but I was sad to see Kenny and Cherish leave... The manager has no idea what she's doing, and is... rude anytime she gets the chance. I also hate to see her mistreat her employees, she's too young and immature to run thestore... FIRE HER. Read more
I placed an online order 30 mins before arriving at said place. When I arrived my order wasn't ready and they weren't even able... to pull it up in their system. I showed them the app where it said my order was 'ready for pickup' at their location and evenshowed proof of it charging my bank account as well. Still, they would not make my order as they were still not able to pull itup. I just ended up leaving as my gf and I were both starving and getting frustrated.
