Seriously, for the price we paid to feed our family of 7 (~$60) you'd think we would've gotten a little more quality product.... Food okay, went to the lobby, stood there for 5 minutes no greeting no acknowledgement, no napkins, overflowing trash, no hot... sauce, severely short staffed, overheard employees may be coming in later but at least they have the drive thru portiongoing...several guests left due to lack of attention to the front. Arrived at 9:34pm on a Sunday night and this location was closed. The door clearly states ?open 10pm or later?, and their... Google hours have it listed open until 12am. Come on Taco Bell, at least update your hours! Super lazy of them to not even care. Other fast food restaurants are able to stay open with staffing, what?s with this location? Read more
Same Taco Bell food, but INCREDIBLY slow service at the drive-thru. The young man working at the drive-thru was cordial and... quick, but the food was slow getting to him. Not sure if this is typical for this location or just a fluke. It did not seemlike any of the customers ahead of me had big orders, so I'm not sure what the problem was. What a joke! This place barely puts meat to cover the bottom of the taco. Worst experience I?ve ever had at any Taco Bell. Will... definitely avoid this place from now on. Wish 0 stars was an option. Have had nothing but bad experiences at this location. Here?s another to add to that list. Ordered a... chicken power bowl because it?s gluten free. They added refried beans instead of the black beans it?s supposed to. Refried beansare not gluten free. They didn?t add any tomatoes, which it?s supposed to have. I rarely write reviews but this service was absolutely horrible! I ordered on Door dash 2 burrito supremes and 1 soft taco... supreme and sauce. I added photos below but my first order is 3 of those nacho tacos. So I get in my car go to this Taco Bellsit in line because you can't go in. Get to the window and tell the guy that the whole order is wrong and instead ofapologizing, tells me he can't take the order back and I just tell him I want the food is it. He tells me get back in line toorder so I order the food again. Get all the way home and the order is still wrong (no taco supreme instead a hard shell taco)again with no apologies...photo attached. There have been issues with my last 6 orders made on the app. They usually didn't include the sauces I requested, several times... I got one or more incorrect items, and the food has been lukewarm (at best) by the time I eat it (5-10 minutes later).Drive-thru seems slower too. Read more
