Why are your dining area doors closed at this time of day in the middle of a busy area? Makes no sense. Restaurants never used... to be this way. You could depend on the schedule that you see posted.. to be the actual schedule as far as doors open. Noweverything changes randomly when you guys feel like it. Not good business! Read more

This location always seems to be struggling because of low staffing. I feel terrible for the staff that *are* there because of... how overwhelmed they must be - they haven't been able to staff enough for dine-in in a while. The drive-thru line is often manycars long, wrapping around the building, and moves at a glacial pace. That being said, the employees are friendly. I just wishmanagement would do better. Read more

Taco Party Pack with 6 crunchy and 6 soft was my order plus some other items too. 1. The last 4 times I have been to the... restaurant for dinner shift... out of sweet tea after 730pm and they will not make any more or put a sign up. 2. The crunchytacos tasted like the employees forgot to wash their hands. The taco looks like it was a normal delicious taco but after pickingup the taco it stuck, and I could feel a lite powdery coat on the shell. I went ahead and tasted it and it was worse. Tastedlike a chemical was on the taco. This was on all of my crunchy tacos. 3. Cashier hates his job. (Male, white, tall skinny, andno expression during the entire visit) Read more

Been going to this Taco Bell for years now and in the past year it has gone downhill for me. Spoke to Selena and I told her that... my husband was coming by to pick up a replacement order for and order they messed up EVERYTHING on. My husband picks up theorder, brings it home and it's still not right. I received something I would never order and something I don't like. Tried to bea good sport and eat the food anyway but it was so nasty that I wound up spitting it out and tossing it in the trash. How hardis it to follow instructions when making tacos???? I called Taco Bell back to let them know my order was yet again ALL WRONG andthat my husband is tired from working and doesn't feel like driving all the way back to Taco Bell so they can make the order allover again. I ended up eating a sandwich at home. I spoke with Andy and Josh when I called back again. Josh said he will ONCEAGAIN put my name in the book, give me a refund and replace my order when I come back through. I am okay with that but the nexttime I go through Taco Bell and have another experience like this, My family and I just won't go back there again. Why should Iif they NEVER get the order right!?!? The food itself is okay, not stellar, but okay for fast food. It's the service that needs the most improvement here. To start,... they've gotten something wrong on our orders both times we've been here. Most importantly though, the attitudes here areterrible. The drive thru person sounded like they hated their life and everything I said was so annoying to them. Then dead-panstares and irritated workers in the window. It was like they didn't want to be there and didn't want to deal with me although Iwas being very nice, having been in food service myself. I don't know if the management here is the issue, low pay, or what.This isn't the only Taco Bell with attitude problems either! Taco Bell, your locations are going to start closing if somethingdoesn't change. Invest in your workers, get good people and pay them living wages. You can afford it! Read more

I?m a fan of Taco Bell but this particular location needs some help. A refresher on customer service and basic communication... skills would be beneficial. Hours tend to be random and inconsistent and don?t match what?s advertised. Not sure why the lobbyisn?t open, but I?ve noticed on several occasions people trying to go in Would help if it was marked more clearly. Credit cardmachine seems to go down a lot and they only accept cash. On a positive note they get my order right the majority of the time. Read more
