I had never been to this location before. They are very short staffed.. which isn't a big deal, everyone is these days. But we... were greeted with rudeness. The wait to order was exceptionally long. And they don't have the salsa bar anymore and you have topay extra for every condiment you asked for it seemed. Someone give India a raise. I've never met someone more friendly and kind in a drive thru. Her positive energy is extremely... infectious and she made something as simple as a long wait on food seem meaningless. I would come back to this exact locationjust to experience this type of interaction again. Someone get this woman some free health insurance or something. Read more
I tried to eat at this location, and walked in the lobby to order. I stood there ignored for around five minutes until an... employee explains that their lobby is closed. What?!? Please update your Google listings Taco Cabana as it still reads as dinein online. They appeared to have enough staffing at the time, so it?s very bizarre. There are a lot of us out there that don?twant to eat in our cars, and particularly with messy food. Come on Taco Cabana, please do better. The amount of meat that they put in tacos in laughable. Glad I was not that hungry. I've given them a couple of tries and they... typically give you at least 1 or 2 tacos that only have the amount of a bite or two worth. Best to go somewhere else for tacos. Read more
Look what I paid for two Steak Fajita tacos at this location for this portion size???? and they still forgot to add my onions... and peppers ????????. I just asked for my money back because I?m pregnant and no longer have the taste for them. The manager onshift happily refunded my money and told me to keep the tacos but truth be told I?m not going to eat them. First time visiting in several years. I was very disappointed in the chicken torta sandwich. It was soggy with not too fresh... lettuce on a bun more than twice too large for the amount of chicken. With all the chicken sandwich "wars" going on, this onewas really sad....and very expensive at $5.29 for mostly soggy bread and refried beans. I really wanted to rate only 3 starsbut the carne asada street tacos were very tasty. They come very dry, so be sure to ask for sauce of some sort to go withthem. The crunchy tacos were good too, but again the cost was high....almost $6 for 2 small tacos. Service was slow- I was theonly one in line for most of the visit- yet my order still took over 15 min, but overall very polite and courteous. A decent place to eat if you want something quick. Food is what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. I had a small... steak quesadilla with chips and salsa. Chips were a little on the stale side and the salsa was a little too runny for my liking.But the people working there were really friendly and were working very hard! Great job to them! Read more
