My goodness, this was a treat I needed! I love the concept, pick a bottom and top cookie (they can be different), then your ice... cream, then your toppings. Don?t forget to get it pressed because warmed up cookies are the best! I chose a Gooey Buuter cakeand Nutella Chocolate Chunk cookie with Bear Batter ice cream and mini m&m?s for topping.
