Very slow service, cashier gave attitude when asked about my order, and it took over an hour for my order to be ready. They had... a full crew too. I always crave wingstop, I don?t know what happened with the business but EVERY time I go there the wings are undercooked, fries... are cold or under seasoned/undercooked even though the order just came out.. I drive 20 minutes to round rock just to avoidgoing to this one. Just want wingstop to taste good again. Read more

Super rude employees. We stopped by to place an order for tonight?s football game. The order taker was very rude. He said it was... going to be about 45 minutes? which is not a problem, but my husband called me to make sure. He over heard my husband sayhopefully it would go faster and the order taker said ?oops? wait time just went up to an hour.? Plus the floor was super dirtyand gross. We placed a large order (100 wing meal deal and an extra order of fries. There were five large fries in total) for a... celebration. When we got home and took the fries out, they were not edible as is, they were severely undercooked and had noseasoning on them. We attempted to reheat/recook the fries since we live 20 minutes from the closest Wingstop and ourcelebration had already started. Because the fries had to be recooked, we had to warm the wings. At the end the fries werecooked but seasonless and the wings had dried out. Needless to say we are very disappointed in this Wingstop. Read more
Online Order says it will be ready in an hour. I show up after the hour and I check in. I am told 10 munutes. I wait for another... hour. Dealing with employees just putting orders on shelf and not letting nobody know pick up orders are there!! Rack was full.Place is full with customers trying to pick up orders. It took a customer to them to call out names. Which then I got my order!It's sat for who knows how long... if you order on Friday expect to take over 2 hours for your food. Read more
I don't usually write negative reviews, but this wingstop deserves it. Take your business elsewhere. It just took a very long... time to get our food and once we did, it was cold. About an hour wait to get our food. The staff was kinda snobby and wasn'tvery friendly at all. I'll never eat here again. Read more
Just picked up a phone order and it was incorrect. Not all of it but enough to be upsetting. Ordered boneless and got bone in.... Asked for voodoo fries. Got regular asked for honey BBQ sauce and got hot honey BBQ. My kid doesn't eat spicy chicken. Now Ihave to cook something when I thought I could just hit that easy button and go home. Why offer options if you won't or don'tprovide them. Read more
