Fast. Efficient. Good selection of subs to order from. The rotisserie chicken is pretty good but needs sauce else it be too dry... I feel. The tuna is also great. The subway website is by far the worst and the LEAST customer friendly. I can't just look at the menu at i have to set up an... order for pick up in order to look. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Went to order subs at 9:45 pm, their hours state they are open till 10:00 pm. They were... closed. When I called they answered and informed me they close 15 mins before 10:00 pm to clean. Most absurd thing I have everheard, thanks so much for wasting my time. We have ordered here before, and it?s been hit or miss. But this time it was pretty bad. My husband?s sandwich was hard as a... brick and I watched him hard chew each bite and swallow as if sawdust was in his mouth. He even complained of the sandwichhurting his throat in the way down. We have both worked for Subway before in the past (obviously not this particular shop buttwo completely different ones) and we know how the food is done. And this must?ve been old bread that was used for him. I evenordered two Chicken sidekicks for my two girls, cuz they are very particular and won?t finish even a 6in sub. I was at the Sutton location this morning and ordered egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches. I was told by the employee that... technically they weren?t allowed to put any vegetables on egg sandwiches. He would put 2-3 options maximum. It was reallybizarre I?ve been ordering egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches for years at various subway locations across the country and I?venever heard this rule. In the end he put whatever I want it on the sandwiches reluctantly. They ended up being really good but Idon?t think I?m gonna go back to that location again. If this is not a rule the staff there should be trained to know otherwise.I search the Internet and I didn?t find that rule anywhere in regards to Subway.
