Whoa folks! I hope you?re ready to rumble with Jacks new double-dehydrated chicken jerky! Not only is it extra tough, but it... only takes 20 minutes to make! Can?t believe the amazing value on these things, considering I just ordered some simple chickennuggets and fries. Love the intense flavor too, gives a premium 3 day aged fryer oil essence. My husband and I are new to the area and have tried this Jack?s a few times now. The staff are always pleasant and kind. But my... order is ALWAYS wrong. Today my husband stoped in to get a grilled chicken salad with extra chicken. Instead of putting theextra grilled chicken on the ? grilled chicken salad? they gave him a piece of fried chicken on the side?? Why? I dontunderstand how they can mess up something so simple. My husband asked if they were still serving breakfast he was told yes bythe cashier so he says great and places an order for a breakfast sandwich. After ordering another employee came from the back totell him they were not still serving breakfast. I?m starting to think the staff needs to be re-trained. Help them learn the joband listening to customers. Like I said at the beginning my orders have been messed up every time and I?m tired of driving hometo see it messed up just to go back to the restaurant to have it fixed.or throwing it out.
