Best food I've had at any Jack's restaurant in about ten years ????
Whoa folks! I hope you?re ready to rumble with Jacks new double-dehydrated chicken jerky! Not only is it extra tough, but it... only takes 20 minutes to make! Can?t believe the amazing value on these things, considering I just ordered some simple chickennuggets and fries. Love the intense flavor too, gives a premium 3 day aged fryer oil essence. My husband and I are new to the area and have tried this Jack?s a few times now. The staff are always pleasant and kind. But my... order is ALWAYS wrong. Today my husband stoped in to get a grilled chicken salad with extra chicken. Instead of putting theextra grilled chicken on the ? grilled chicken salad? they gave him a piece of fried chicken on the side?? Why? I dontunderstand how they can mess up something so simple. My husband asked if they were still serving breakfast he was told yes bythe cashier so he says great and places an order for a breakfast sandwich. After ordering another employee came from the back totell him they were not still serving breakfast. I?m starting to think the staff needs to be re-trained. Help them learn the joband listening to customers. Like I said at the beginning my orders have been messed up every time and I?m tired of driving hometo see it messed up just to go back to the restaurant to have it fixed.or throwing it out. I love their grilled chicken BLT salads and chicken sandwich it's the only way to go at Jack's there chicken is top notch it's... better than Kentucky fried Chicken and that means a lot. Read more
Service was fast considering they seemed a little short on staff. The tables could have been a little cleaner and as with most... fast food ,they could use sometype of fans at the door to detour flies. Not gonna give them a bad rating because we are fightingthose nuisance pest at our house to! Read more
Biscuits are paper thin. Really thin, so thin the employees can't slice them to put meat in the middle. These are for sure not... made like the pictures on the menu. I would not recommend a biscuit. Read more
Gave this place another chance, not going to make that mistake again, ordered the chicken fingers which at other locations are... usually amazing, but it seems like they just have me what they had sitting there for a while, the chicken was tough and dry andsuper oily.
