Has improved so much! Picked up food on a busy Friday night and staff was very polite and quick! Pizza was... great! Edit***3/24/22 called and ordered stuff crust half pep and half cheese and 12 boneless wings and get home and had nostuff crust and all bone in wings. I looked at my ticket and he had put in the whole order wrong except I did get anothersupreme large that was right! I guess 1/3 aint to bad???? Read more

My online (the $20 family deal) order was being cut when I walked in. The lady making pizzas/running the register came up as... soon as I walked in and let me know it would be out directly because it was being cut. The guy manning the oven stopped cuttingone of my pizzas to chat with another associate who walked in. The lady making pizzas had to tell him to get me my order. One ofmy pizzas was overdone because of this. Also, I asked for extra light sauce on the notes for one of my pizzas, but it had normalsauce. My husband and I have both had stomach issues this morning after eating the pizza. The cheesesticks were amazing, but didnot come with the marinara sauce listed. We usually order the family pack so we can eat it for a couple of days. But we won't bewith this one. Read more
Good place to order from. This restaurant does not have delivery, but the pizza is worth the short drive. This place does honor... coupons which I have had problems with at other local restaurants (Subway in Geraldine). Read more
Showed up a little earlier than planned to pick up my order. The one employee got all huffy, when I told them what name my order... was under, and snapped, "It's not supposed to be ready yet. It doesn't even go in the oven for another few minutes." I admittedthat I didn't know I was early and didn't check the time before I came in he repeated that I wasn't time for it to be readyyet. There's no excuse to behave that way over a customer showing up a little early. He could have just as easily explained thefood wasn't ready yet without the attitude. Read more
No gloves and no masks while preparing and handling the food. Crust was wrong, even though I paid extra for the original pan... style. Have eaten here months ago with no issues; I am not sure why standards are slipping. Read more
They completely messed up our online order. First they couldn?t find the order, after a 20 minute delay they found the order.... But, they made all of our pizzas as mediums instead of large. They told us they would correct the order quickly. 45 minuteslater our order was finally ready.....so we got to eat dinner at 8:45. Terrible!!!!!!!! Read more
