Food was great but young guy working talks so much non sense its hard to even place order over him rambling on about random... stuff!! He is not rude just cant deal with taking 20 min to grab a sub because he wants to put on a show! I would have given this place a 5, 5 years ago but quality has really gone down. I use to get the meatball sub and every time I... go in there if it?s after 11:30 those meatballs are disgusting. I have talk with the manager time and time and time againinforming him if he didn?t stop making those meatballs so early I was gonna quit coming. Apparently he doesn?t care he keepsright on doing it I was a loyal customer for years but ever since the renovation the prices have gone up and the quality hasgone down!! I hate to say this i really do because I have gone there since it was new heck I went there the first night itopened I remember we were all so excited when they came to town but now this. This is the worst subway anywhere. I have had nothing but bad from this restaurant. The last straw was that I ordered food from... online APP. I used a coupon code and paid for my order. I arrived and was told I could not have my food because they no longeraccepted online coupons. The coupon is from there own website. I do not understand. I am also out the time, cost and dinner. Ihope everyone has better luck. I am really angry that I already paid for the he meal. I was given no call or warning from therestaurant, and of course no food. We ordered 3 different subs and all were awful. We ask for extra marinara sauce and he refused also refused to add extra cheese... even those we were more than happy to pay extra for it. He left off mustard and mayo off one. The lettuce was brown. Will not beback! Read more
Don't ask for extra mayo! After getting a sandwich made the cashier was told to charge me for 3 cookies to cover my extra mayo.... I explained very nicely I was not paying for cookies unless I got cookies. I asked that they remake my sandwich without theextra mayo if that was the case. She refused and told me the total again for my sandwich(with the additional bs charge for 3cookies included). Nope! Keep it. I wonder how many others got charged extra for cookies they didn't get?
