Ordered pizza and pasta last night for dinner. Our pizza was covered with grease so much it would drip off the pizza. My pasta... wasn't even halfway full that i paid 8.00 for! They sent a 2nd pizza to make up for this one, and later that night I was pukingmy brains out so hard I couldn't make it to work the next day. I missed out on $200 for the day cuz missing work.. I willnever come back to dominos EVER!!!! It was the most disgusting pizza and pasta I've ever had. Don't know if they did somethingto the 2nd pizza they sent out but it was repulsive. Didn?t make my pizza right and than wanted me to drive back over there to swap out my pizza for a replacement made right. With... gas prices being so high, are you kidding me right now?! I was in Gering for business and was hungry so I decided to grab a pizza from domino's I called in the order just before... finishing my appointment and when I was done I went over and it was ready for me. I walked in and was greeted with a big smileand some really good customer service during the stop. I got my pizza and it was a very well done pie, with cheese and saucewhere it should be and not blank spots like I usually get.. ordered my pizza on the app, went and picked it up and went home to eat it. when i got home and took a bite of my pizza it... tasted like there was peppers on the pizza, which i didn?t order i order pepperoni. i gave them a call back and the manger wasso rude, kept saying well i made the pizza and there?s no peppers on there, i explained to her that it tastes as there was ididn?t know if something was dropped inside one of the ingredients or something. then continued to say i made that there?s nopeppers, very rude and terrible customer service. I normally do the 2/$5.99 but saw a coupon for 2 lava cakes for $5.49 so I decided to do that. In my cart, it showed no savings... whether I did a quantity of 1 or 2 but said the coupon was applied, whereas the other coupon I normally use showed $3 savings. Iplaced my order then called the store. I was told told one order has 2 cakes, which I wasn't aware of and didn't notice on theapp. I investigated further and in my hometown in Iowa an order is $3.99. Assuming their order is also 2 cakes, that couponsaves absolutely nothing. Regardless, this needs to be made more clear on the app to reflect where the savings is, if there evenis any. I still gave 4 stars because the person who I talked to on the phone was friendly and helpful, and I never have anyissues with this location. Read more
