Took them 20 mins to make my pizza. Gave them my number and they said i had no points and I couldn?t get the $9.99 promo because... I couldn?t show them a QR code. Then the chocolate knots was lacking chocolate. Maybe i had to pay extra to get that? Even themanager was more interested in his phone call than guiding the staff. Very disappointed! Read more
Went in the other day, it?s honestly been a minute since I?ve been to &pizza and my service and food was amazing! Dominic (I... hope I?m spelling your name right) was a great employee. He greeted me as soon as I came in, was super welcoming and asked mewhat I wanted on my pizza like the whole order, not doing it by section. He memorized every topping & didn?t have to ask twice(I get a lot of toppings) which was impressive cause most people don?t care to listen or memorize orders that easily. I usually do Take-Out after work here. I use the app to order so that it will be ready for me when I arrive. This store is... always consistent with service, friendly, and accurate with every order I've made. Whenever there was an issue, they were quickto give me options for a solution. The food is always fresh and tasty as well. I would recommend this flat pizza location toanyone with a craving. Read more
I like &pizza in general, this specific store I'm content with, but the only thing I don't particularly like is how &pizza has... an online menu and unintentionally misleads customers thinking they can get a certain pizza from the online menu, when somestores (like this one) don't give their workers the menu recipe or give them the needed ingredients for the pizzas. Other thanthis, the staff here are nice and friendly, they are also flexible to changes in your orders. Note: Please don't be a Karen andthrow a fit unnecessarily, these workers are trying their best, and you should consider their well being over your hungry littlestomachs. The Germantown location was filthy this evening. There were three female staff not of them spoke. I was only asked If I was... having more than one pie. Sanitation buckets were on the counter where my pie was being finished. The trash can was 9ver flowingand the new pizza boxes were everywhere in the dining area. Read more
This place rocks. Always nice and always on-time. Pizza is better than the $10 it costs.
Love their approach of allowing you to choose everything about your pizza, from crust to sauce to toppings and even garnish.
Got this Billie pizza from &pizza at Germantown and found this grasshopper in the pizza. They don?t accept calls so this is the... only way I could think of letting others know that you may getting some unusual toppings in your pizza.
