Mobile ordered here while on the road - opened it up to eat after already leaving - was completely the wrong things in the bowl.... Ended up having to throw the entire thing away because they put sour cream and cheese on it - which I am lactose intolerant so Icouldn?t even eat it if I wanted to try. Maybe look at the order you?re working on and just don?t throw random things inpeople?s bowls anymore. Again - now October 30th - I ordered a a large chip and guac - and I got a small chip and no guac. Theyneed to get it together or be shut down because they don?t care about getting orders right. I had to put 5 star so everyone could see! I?ve been eating chipotle for years and I never got sick. October 26th I ordered my... bowl and felt very funny while eating it so I stopped immediately about 2-4 hours later i vomited and had crazy diarrhea nonstopfor 2 days straight. Not sure what they?re doing but either the food/dressing was old or contaminated. Now I can never eatchipotle again! Read more
I am a longtime Chipotle member but the service and food that i received from this location was absolutely horrendous and... repulsive. They got mad because I didn't place my big order online, they rushed me and made every single item wrong andpurposely made my whole order so spicy to the point where everyone didn't even eat their food, also they didn't label the anyof the food I ordered each were customized differently. On top of that they thought I didn't speak Spanish and took the chanceto talk badly about me and how I should've ordered online especially the girl who kept rolling her eyes at me but I took them bysurprise when I ordered the rest of my food in Spanish. I didn't say anything at the moment because I was so overwhelmed andneeded to leave before I made a scene, but management needs to know what kind of employees they have and how they are treatingtheir customers especially the four ladies that were making my food had the biggest scowls on their faces. I have been ordering for Chipotle for years and every time I get it from the chipotle on Century Blvd in Germantown MD I am... usually always disappointed & let down this is not the first time but definitely the last. Today I finally had it and will nolonger ever go back and writing this review. Got food delivered and to start the chips were barley filled. This is not my firsttime at chipotle and there were exactly 17 chips in the bag..17(so for two people thats 7 chips each lol). Next was that ialways get extra protein and seeing that I have been doing that for over 10 years I know what double is. The picture included isborderline one scoop let alone double which cost an extra $4. I dont need it to overfilled with protein but come on this was ajoke and barely a regular serving. Lastly was the flavor which as usually from this chipotle, kind of bland and dry. All in alllesson learned and will stick to the two other chipotle that are in this area. Oh yea good luck trying to call them if there isan issue because that is a waste of time just leave a review or go straight to Chipotle website for the complaint. I ordered for 6 people total and our food didn't come out as expected. Quality of the food taste like it's left over from 2... nights ago, seriously! The quantity can be better but the quality of the food is not there. And come on, no utensils for real?You would expect from $100 worth of food. Bad experience Read more
Waste of money!! I ordered a salad and only got 5 pieces of lettuce, was supposed to have extra chicken and only has a tiny bit... on the side, no rice or green salsa or corn. Plus the bowl looked like they just dumped everything inside. Just save your moneyand go elsewhere. Read more
Places an order online that was supposed to be ready by 7:20. Didn?t get it until 7:40. Got home, and found no more than 2... pieces of chicken in my chicken bowel. I don?t typically leave 1-star reviews but this one deserves it. Read more
