Worst service. Food portions less than half what it used to be when asked to add the right amount got a nasty attitude from food... server. Chipotle used to be a good place for fast fast NOT ANYMORE. Don?t mind paying extra for the right portion Read more

Out of pure frustration This will be the last time I get anything from this location. Gave more chances than I usually would... cuz I love Chipotle burrito bowls. More times than not, if I am not in the physical store, my order is wrong is several ways. This time got toppings i can't eat and didn't ask for on my burrito bowl. Burrito bowl was also missing its guacamole for themillionth time. .tacos were missing thier salsa entirely and thusly lackluster and dry for the person that was supposed to eatthem. Im done with this location. I work in food service I know mistakes happen and stuff gets crazy...but this happens withstartling frequency at the frederick road store. Read more

Disappointed, worst experience ever and worst customer service at this chipotle location. I visited this place first time,... portions they served were very less for the extra money they charge for chicken and guacamole, when I asked about it they addedlittle bit and the cashier charged double saying that she saw him adding twice with his spoon, though the quantity is very lessin each scoop. Not going back to this location, should have read the reviews before going. Read more

So two weeks ago, I visited this Chipotle (not my first time as this is my neighborhood Chipotle) and ordered my usual along... with two bowls of guacamole. The young lady who took my order told me there was no more guacamole, but another coworker told herthey had some in the chiller. I should've k own something was up when the brought out the container and start to stir itrelentlessly. When I got the order home the guacamole was brown and inedible. I called the store and they said to just let thecashier know during my next visit. No biggie. Went there this evening, ordered the usual for me and my wife and told thecashier. She called over the manager and I never felt so humiliated in my life in front of a store full of people. She refusedto honor their commitment because I didn't have the receipt. I explained that they never told me to save the receipt. She saidshe couldn't help me because I had no proof. People started to look at me as if I was trying to get free guacamole. I told her awould never patronize them again and requested the manager's information. The money I spent on the guacamole was notinsignificant. It cost $12 for the two small bowls. I will be calling the manager and requesting a refund. I told the manager onduty that I had the card on me that I used for payment and she refused to try to validate my purchase. She quite frankly didn'tcare. I was surprised to see that their rating was so low here on yelp, but not surprised after my experience this evening.Someone needs to teach them a little customer service. This woman should not be a manager. They just lost a loyal customer. Isure hope the $12 was worth it! Read more

Every single time I order pick up from here, they can?t make an order right. They mix it up. Even has the ingredients on the... lid. How hard can it be to read a screen or paper with what goes in each burrito. Literally need an eighth grade reading level.This is my sixth time straight I have to go back and have them fix my order. RIDICULOUS. Plus you can?t even call the store.Chipotle has the worst customer service experience ever. Never giving my money to this place again. Read more

This is the worst Chipotle I?ve ever been to. I have a strong feeling they OVER-SALT their online orders on purpose. Every time... I get an online order from here they OVER-SALT my food to the point of it being INEDIBLE. Anytime I?m in the store physicallythe food is not salty but THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS TERRIBLE. I just want to take a moment to give kudos to tonight?s team. This is the first chipotle I?ve been to, that?s been super... efficient and the folks on the line are SO KIND. I?m very particular about my bowl and they were very accommodating. The food isextra flavorful- and the fajitas were made just right- not over cooked! Usually I get dry steak but this was perfect. Everywhereelse you get mean mugged by some or just don?t get a good customer service vibe when being specific about your bowl. Here thefirst employee (silver braids) very personable and patient with everyone. I really appreciate her. You don?t know what people gothrough and the fact that in today?s short staffed era during Covid your staff could be so kind and patient- it means so much!Great team! Read more
