We picked up the pizzas and found out after coming home that they gave us the wrong pizzas. I called them right away. They... wanted me to bring the pizzas back to them, so that they can replace. Ordered 8 pizza and 16 breadsticks, planned to placed order for next day. But accidentally sent the order in and immediately... called twice and phone got hung up each time. So I drive to the store, that is only 1 minute away, explained the situationasking to hold the order until next, they refused to help and asked me to take the order with me or whatever. My pizza was dry, over cooked and barely had sauce. The chicken wings had little sauce on them. The only decent thing I... ordered was the blue cheese dip! The owner, Kathy, was rude in our email exchanges. I do not recommend this location, thelack of customer service is concerning. I used to have good experiences here, however service has really gone downhill. Ordered a pizza for the first time in so long, ... looking forward to eating it, and sadly it had a drop of sauce. Called (which I normally wouldn't do) and was met with talkingbetween co-workers while I was on the phone asking if they should "hang up on me". Very disappointing! Read more
The food was delivered quickly. The driver on the other hand was very persistent on me "totaling" my credit card which was... already taken care of online. I tested positive for covid and didn't want to open the door until the driver left. Being chargeda delivery fee for more than five dollars is one thing but to be pressured to add more was extremely rude. I specifically saidknock and leave. So here's the deal, when they make the pizza right, and is delivered on time it's GREAT! How ever the are not consistent at all.... For example I just ordered the Pacific vegitables thin crust pizza and a large chicken with peppers. The Pacific island pizzawas AWSOME!, the crust is crispy and the topping are heavy and fresh, every inch is covered, however the chicken with papers isso sad! It's dry, not enough sauce and very little toppings, I'm just gonna toss it, it's nasty, I don't recommend this place.See the picture's and you will understand what I'm saying. Read more
Your manager tomas and Sean and employee if that is even their names are the most disrespectful people I have ever encountered... in my life. After being hung up on numerous times, flat put told I will not get a refund after mistakenly placing an order for astore almost 1 hour away from my house I was told to come get the pizzas or I'm not getting the pizza nor the money back. Icould not speak to a manager I had to speak to him through another employee, he refused to get on the phone and the employee Ihad on the phone was one of the most disrespectful people I have came across in the food industry.
