Came here for veterans day and even though they still accommodated me very well. I had ordered an ice coffee that came out... pretty quick. All though I wish they had put the creamer on the side, and there was already sugar and alternatives on the table.Then I had ordered the veterans and active duty special pancakes which were on the house. They also came out surprisinglyquickly. They were a triple stack of pancakes that was covered in blueberries in a light blue sauce a strip of whipped cream andstrawberries. They all came together to emulate the American flag. They were light and fluffy didn't even need syrup! Overall myexperience was great this is my local IHOP and I've been here tens of times the service is always great. Would recommend andcome back with friends. Read more
We ordered steak omelette and french toast. Omelette was fine but the toast was dry. It seemed like they did not soak in the... egg. Outside later was coated with eggs but inside was only dry bread. Read more
The Germantown location was very busy that evening with only 2 servers and 2 cooks. (Having difficulty finding staff) The food... and service was wonderful. People at an adjacent table made the same comment. The manager was our server. Very pleasant,efficient and hospitable young woman. All and all I highly recommend. Read more
The waiter, twice had our order incorrect, after making her aware. Never returned to fill drinks & never brought the free... Birthday dessert... Other times when we ate at this IHop, I was pleased. Read more
We were there Friday night for dinner and Sunday for breakfast. While the food is pretty good, preparation is inconsistent (we... like our eggs very well scrambled; at dinner they were, but at breakfast no two were the same and none were reallywell-scrambled. Service was very friendly and relatively accurate both times. Note that many items are no longer on the menuand new ones are not necessarily equivalent replacements. THEY ARE OPEN 24 HOURS, WHICH MAKES THEM A GREAT OPTION FOR THOSETRAVELERS STAYING IN THE AREA AND ARRIVING LATE IN THE EVENING. Note that on Sunday the parking lot is very crowded . Read more
After waiting for almost 20 minutes for our deinks to get ordered. Half our food came out cold, wrong, and missing. Then they... over charged us and gave some bs line about theyd have to cancel our payment and recharge the payment instead of splitting thedifference with cash. Scam artist for sure. Don't eat here. There are better places worth it. Read more
They're open for 24 hours which is awesome! The best pancake place in town. We ordered the omelette with pancake (added 2usd to... get the ones with flavor, we chose strawberry and banana). Also, you can ask for more syrup to add more taste to the pancakes.Over all, it is a good place with good pancakes/omelette. ???? Read more
We arrive and it was busy however we were seated at a table not clean, then the glass of orange juice was dirty but replaced.... Then I observed two tables that got served after us and their waitress never came to check on us. Another waiter came with wrongorder and cold. I had to ask 3 times to speak to a manager before coming to hear the dissatisfaction of service. They moved usto a new table and new waitress. With the wrong order I tore the pancake. I request the food be corrected and cooked fresh. Theybrought food out and it was the same pancake just heated it up! At no point it was mentioned of compensation!! I have never beenso disappointed at Ihop Germantown. Will find a different location. Also, we were a mixed race couple and yet people of Hispanicwere served and service w care & communication as a side note!
