Amazing food. PERIOD. Customer Service is always perfect, food is always on point, and the staff is very friendly and... accommodating. I have a party here for my daughter’s 1st Birthday on Oct 1st, 2022. Manager at the restaurant named“Shova” was extremely friendly, kind, had great customer service and was going above and beyond to meet the customersexpectations. I had about 100 guests at the restaurant and everyone was extremely happy with both foods and services. Alwayslooking forward to this place with my friends, the all food were exceptionally good. Came for weekend lunch buffet on a Friday. (+) Good variety of food & drinks included in the buffet: mango lassi, chai/tea with... half and half creamer packets & white sugar you add yourself, 2 dessert options of decent gulab jamun & kheer rice pudding witha hint of saffron, even plain and mango kulfi (Indian ice cream). (~) Variable service from the staff. Staff stopped refillingmy water around around 20-30 minutes before 3pm (restaurants closing time). (-) Lack of refills of certain buffet foods at 2pm(restaurant had a 2:45-3pm closing time), so that there was very little to pick from the goat curry or the saag. You’dprobably be better off with coming to the earlier times in the buffet to avoid having only melted kulfi or these food portionissues. 19$ for 1 adult for weekend lunch buffet is kind of costly, especially again for the lack of certain foodportions. *Edit 17$ for weekday lunch buffet on Thursday. Weekday lunch includes mango lassi, chai, coffee, and table naan, inaddition to goat curry. Dessert featured gajar halwa (sweet carrot) & kheer (rice pudding) (+)Service was better this time, asthe waitresses were quick to refill my water, though I did have to ask for (included) complimentary table naan. The food is here is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I said make it spicy and trust me every single thing from detail, to food quality, to... taste was really on point. I will definitely be coming here over and over! I highly recommend to come here. Customer service isamazing. Top quality food and honestly the best indian food i have had around dmv area. They know what they’re doing and whatthey’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. I’ve never seen a Kadai Paneer look or taste like this. They just added onions & capsicum to Paneer Butter Masala and called... it Kadai Paneer. Extremely disappointing and infuriating. I did not expect this at all from India Palace who are generally good.Very bad experience. Added a photo with the gravy on my plate just to show how it looked! Read more
