There was bone like pieces in my sub. I called the store and talked to the manager David. He was no help at all, basically said... it wasn?t his problem because it was through grub hub but he was the one who made the sandwich. Very rude on the phone anddidn?t care at all. Stopped in to pick up a simple order, 1 sub with turkey and bacon. I waited at the counter as the only person in line, face to... face with the employees, yet I had to wait 10 minutes until they filled the online orders. This is not acceptable. There were 5employee working the front area, standing around chatting, wiping the work area right onto the floor, making 2 times thework...poorly being managed. Read more
