There was bone like pieces in my sub. I called the store and talked to the manager David. He was no help at all, basically said... it wasn?t his problem because it was through grub hub but he was the one who made the sandwich. Very rude on the phone anddidn?t care at all. This is a newer Mike's and wow these kids are busting their butts. Fast friendly service and can say they make it just like you... ask. Best Mike's in Frederick Co. hands down, if your in Urbana stop and enjoy. Read more

Stopped in to pick up a simple order, 1 sub with turkey and bacon. I waited at the counter as the only person in line, face to... face with the employees, yet I had to wait 10 minutes until they filled the online orders. This is not acceptable. There were 5employee working the front area, standing around chatting, wiping the work area right onto the floor, making 2 times thework...poorly being managed. Read more
12:15p-12:30p Watched crew member making my sandwich drop sauce bottle on floor then pick up set on service table again not... change gloves or wash hands. Then cashier that handled our order taking payments goes to work the grill with same gloves notwashing hands. Lettuce, tomatoes, onions. Pickles well above refrigeration. Some serious health dept violations here. Will savemy self the chance of getting sick and throw away and not come back to this business. Read more

I really like Jersey Mike's. Typically great sandwiches that are quick and made to order. For some reason I have given this... location 3 chances of which none have been a good experience. Besides being the slowest location I've ever been to I've nevergotten the sandwich I asked for. Not just a simple mistake like putting mushrooms on a sandwich that I requested them not beingon, but just a completely different sandwich. A blemish on a good brand. Read more
I was there between 2:50 and 3 and the gentleman on the slicer was so nice made my sub perfect! Great customer service!! And the... gentleman on the grill did a great job too my dad hasn?t shut up about how good his sub was! Read more
