I had problems with this location before ordering through the drive through, but today's trip was a massive improvement from... previous visits. Since we could go inside to order, the process was super smooth and the cashier double checked to make sure theorder was correct. 9/30/2022: The cashier was patient with me while I was ordering products extra crispy even when thoseproducts come that way by default. When we went to leave, our order of popcorn chicken wasn't in the bag, but we didn't knowuntil one of the staff came running to our car to hand it to us. This place continues to be 5/5 stars. Horrible customer service. Served me cold food and then had an attitude when I came back and asked for it to be remade, as... though they're the one that had to waste gas driving back. LOL. They eventually remade it but then forgot part of the order.SMH. Never again. ETA: Just got home and I'm pretty sure they just reheated the original food and gave it back to me instead ofmaking a new order. Still just as hard as before. The males working there sound so miserable and rude. The food was good but I asked for sauces and they forgot to give them.... Chicken tenders were burnt.
