I had problems with this location before ordering through the drive through, but today's trip was a massive improvement from... previous visits. Since we could go inside to order, the process was super smooth and the cashier double checked to make sure theorder was correct. 9/30/2022: The cashier was patient with me while I was ordering products extra crispy even when thoseproducts come that way by default. When we went to leave, our order of popcorn chicken wasn't in the bag, but we didn't knowuntil one of the staff came running to our car to hand it to us. This place continues to be 5/5 stars. Horrible customer service. Served me cold food and then had an attitude when I came back and asked for it to be remade, as... though they're the one that had to waste gas driving back. LOL. They eventually remade it but then forgot part of the order.SMH. Never again. ETA: Just got home and I'm pretty sure they just reheated the original food and gave it back to me instead ofmaking a new order. Still just as hard as before. Complained to corporate and will be disputing the charge since I had to throwit out. Read more

The males working there sound so miserable and rude. The food was good but I asked for sauces and they forgot to give them.... Chicken tenders were burnt. We stopped by here for dinner tonight. What a huge mistake.We both got the all in one bucket that was $11.99. We opened up our... buckets and we're disgusted. It contained supposedly 3 chicken tenders that were more like chicken nuggets and so hard youcouldn't chew them. The fries were cold and I was supposed to get potatoes and gravy, but they didn't give them to me. We weresupposed to get 4 dipping sauces and only received 3. The reason I even gave them a 1 was because the Mac and Cheese wasn'thorrible and the young man who waited on us was kind. Oh and their biscuit bounced like a rubber ball. Gave this place few chances, but each time chicken was dry and old. Fries burnt and taste like old frying oil. I feel like the... only reason this place stays in business is price lower than Popeyes across the street. Read more
Just got the KFC chicken sandwich here for lunch. We wanted to try the sandwich because we thought it would be good. Well, the... bun was cold like it had been refrigerated, the chicken was dry and the sandwich was slopped together. It was the worst sandwichever. I am a home cook and we rarely eat out. Since we were on the road today we decided to stop at KFC. Never again. Iinformed the store manager how bad the sandwich was. I told her they need to take pride in what they serve. I would never serveanyone a slopped together, dried out nasty sandwich like that. The manager asked me if I wanted another sandwich. Do I wantanother one? No Thanks Lady.
