I?m a Pescatarian, and I found this place randomly. I just so happen to love margaritas and tequila, so perfect match. Tracy was... the bartender working and she was super cool, made some great recommendations and is a real OG. This place is a hidden gem, butTracy is the best part, next time I?m in town, I?m definitely coming back to see her!! La Mexicana? A place where the bartender remembers your name after being told only once, in a sea of loud voices, energetic... music, and thirsty patrons. Not only is the entire staff professional, friendly, and respectful, the food is cooked to nearperfection, and the drinks are served with generous amounts of alcohol. No watered down, or over iced drinks here. When it comesto customer service, and that kind of ?welcome home? type feeling, I challenge you to find a more inviting, friendly, andmemorable bar/restaurant than La Mexicana. They are professional and friendly, even when extremely busy. Strives to satisfycustomer needs / wants. Fixes problems as necessary. Inspects food and drinks before serving. Respectful, courteous, andtrusting. Health and safety compliant. Some staff wears masks, but all wash hands often. Costumer safety is exceptional. I leftthe bar for 15-20 minutes with an exposed drink on the bar, came back to a napkin over my drink.. now that?s looking out foryour customer. This place is a true diamond in the rough? a rare and spectacular sight, an example of what most people in theservice industry should strive for. Worthy of exceptional praise and generous tips. The most horrible place I been in this far. When you walk in it like your walking into a western bar. The place is all wood and... dusty. I ordered a Taco salad which they never gave me rice with it. The lady in the back doesn't look happy at all and when Iasked for rice they brought it out in a sauce cup, like the ones you put ketchup in. My girlfriend ordered chicken nachos. Therewas 3 strips of chicken and like four shredded pieces of cheese. I will never eat there again.Just horrible ! Read more

There are so many restaurants in thearea that you can choose from but when you think of who will give you the upmost best customer service, attentiveness, eagernessto ensure you are satisfied and a wonderful personality you can encounter there?s no one who can compare. Alexis has made loyalcustomers out of my husband and myself. I have recommended so many friends and family to this establishment because of thedetailed service she provides to each customer. After a hard day of work, Alexis welcomes you upon entry with excitement andensures your experience and food will be the best!!! There?s no slacking with this hard worker.
