Beware?not good anymore! Wow, the service was horrible, and the manager could have cared less! My wife and I tried to get lunch,... but it turned into a joke. She ordered a hamburger, and I ordered the Gyro lunch special. This didn?t sound complicated? Theserver returned to our table a short time later to explain that they ran out of pita bread and that they could make my Gyro on asub roll. I said, ?Okay.? I understand things are difficult with supply chains etc. Well, after a long wait the server deliveredmy wife?s lunch and brought me a plate of French fries and said nothing. I then waited and watched my wife eat and then finishher lunch. I then went to the counter to see what was happening when I was then ignored at first then the server pushed my Gyroon a plate at me. I pushed it back and said, ?Sorry we are leaving.? We had been there almost an hour, and my wife was alreadyfinished eating, and we had to leave to return to work. The server didn?t know what to do and went into the back. The managercame out, and never said she was sorry she just stated, ?we didn?t have any pita bread.? I explained that my wife was finishedeating and we were going to leave, and I was not paying for the Gyro. She said nothing and charged me for my wife?s lunch, andwe left. The owner/manager should take a hard look at what is happening at this Ledo Pizza location. The server was by herselfwaiting tables, poorly trained, and clearly unable to deal with restaurant patrons. To me the patron it seemed like the managercould have cared less about what had happened and just wanted me to go away. So, I will not return and recommend you seek foodelsewhere as this was not a good experience. Read more
We've frequented the Germantown Ledos location for a long time. The quality of pizza there has been very inconsistent. Over... the last 6 months we've been to the North Potomac, College Park and Olney locations and the pizza at each has been far superiorevery time. I would think there would be some sort of franchise standards. Going forward, if we're in the mood for Ledospizza,, we'll be ordering it from the North Potomac location. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I Would. I love lados but this location is THE WORSE. Multiple times I?ve ordered and had my pizza be... burnt. Called and asked if the pizza can please not be burnt this time and received the nastiest attitude from the young lady atthe front. Asked for a manager only to be greeted with the same rude, sarcastic attitude. They do not care about the poorquality of the food and they don?t care about decent customer service. Yesterday at around 6:05 I ordered a medium sausage pizza from the Germantown location and this is what I picked up. As you can... see there is no sausage on the right side and the pizza looks over cooked. When I questioned the gentleman at the counter hesaid that I can wait another 20 minutes for another one. Well, I was just getting off work and didn't have time to wait foranother one. I've never had problems from this store before and felt disappointed by the service. Read more
Ordered a large cheese pizza and a steak and cheese sub for my husband for carry out. Got home and my husband took a bite of his... sub, when I noticed the bread had mold on it. I immediately called them and told them what was wrong. Headed back and got arefund. Was very disappointed. How do you not notice this when making the sub? Probably the last time we order from here. Still one of our favorite places to order pizza from. You definitely get a very large pizza with a very thin crust that tastes... great. They also have a really good gluten-free option however it's quite pricey for the amount of actual pizza you get.Atmosphere in the restaurant is basically a little cafeteria-esque but we almost always do carry out. Kind of wish they diddelivery but they don't unless you use one of the third party delivery companies and they always have an upcharge which I'm notwilling to pay. Read more
