Yes one morning that I went to McDonald's and I tried to explain to the cashier because II went inside about my order she told... me that she can't tolerate just A-day and she's not gonna have this because sbecause she is the 1 can not understand Englishthat great and she's working in the front cashier so she goes and purchased my sandwiches and the sandwiches come back totallywrong and she tries to make me look like it's my fault which it was hers and so then I asked for them Manager then we got theproblem straight Something needs to be done about this McDonald because it's bad there and somebody's gonna get hurt Read more

Teenager in pickup got his bare hand in my drink and potentially my McFlurry. Spoke with manager "Buster", who said "GLOVES ARE... ACCESSORIES! NOT REQUIRED!" and refused to remake the items. No refund offered. I asked for another manager, none wereavailable. I asked for a phone number. He gave me one. I called it in front of him to make sure it worked - he gave me a FAKEnumber. Out of service. He than provided me the real phone number. Trashed the items and went to another location. If hewould've remade the items with better sanitary standards or refunded it, I would have been content. He chose to be rude. Read more
Once I don't take my own advice about check my bag of food after I get it from the drive threw. I order a message egg and cheese... McGriddle with a round egg. I had got my drink in my bag of food I looked in the bag and I had a sandwich and a hash brown so Ifigured everything was fine. Ate my hash brown as I was driving and finish that what's a grab the sandwich opened it up and itwas a chicken and egg McGriddle. On the receipt it says what I ordered and then on the sandwich to have a special receipt thatstate sausage McGriddle so I don't understand how it's chicken so I have to take another 30 minutes out of my day to turn aroundand take the food back. I really think that we need to check all our food before we leave a drive-thru window. And like I saidbefore minimum wage should not be going up if these people cannot do the job that they're expected to do. Read more
Place an order for 5 items in an empty drive thru. Was told to wait, waited as multiple cars drove past me that came in after... me. Got their orders quick and were out. Then someone came out and asked for my order again? it was a pretty simple order whichmade no sense to me why they asked. Asked for a refund and left. Read more
