I have never actually been inside this restaurant but we eat there at least once a week , we just do it in our living room , and... get these huge marvelous bowls filled with... everything you know is good for you but you are too lazy to make? Or tasted itonce and hated it ? You know all those things you know you are supposed to be doing and eating? Like putting sunflower seedson salad or trying to remember to put some kale or tap water or tummeric or some other thing you havevin your pantry. how is aperson supposed to eat pickled beats or at least half of the accepted " super foods" well, i just pile every single one ofthose things in my bowl because when the make it in Mezah all night im up to my neck in a gigantic bowl of glorious, turnipsand pickled beets , turkish salad, KALE, cruchy chick peas , marinated olives,spouts , sauces , hummas in five differantstyles, the most amazing carrots in mint. So i guess im useless at reviewing the restaurant having never set foot in it but asfor that big white bag coming in the door every week or more i can vouch for the food ! The make your own bowls are fantasticand easy to hide healthy stuff in if you must have to suffer through it . because of the way they make it for you and you get topick from the most scrumtuous menu and throw all the best bits (there are no bad bits ) into a big old bowl however you like toand believe me we all like it. We like it a lot. Its a great way to try just a bit of everything and then find your favs and then you can feel smug and sassy and superior when you see that what once passed for " fast food " was just BAD FOOD . I feel their quality has dropped since I first went here in March 2021 and the prices have increased. I ordered from mezeh... Germantown quite a bit in early 2021 and loved the food, but from mid to late 2021, it?s been downhill. I ordered in November2021 and gave it a break until August 2022. The food and service is now officially terrible. I complained to Mezeh through emailand they kindly offered a $11.35 credit which I appreciate. However, when I went there again in August to redeem my credit, theemployee putting together the food and ringing me up at the cash register was rude to my family and I. She didn?t know I hadcredit until I told her at the checkout so that couldn?t have been it. I think it may just be this location as the employeerolled her eyes and scoffed during the process of putting my order together as my family member was having a hard timeunderstanding the employee. And to add to all that, my credit was not applied to my order (the employee didn?t tell me it didn?tapply either. It?s my fault for not noticing until I left the store) so I have to go back there to try to redeem it again. Read more

This should be 5???s, and I?ll explain in a few. We always get our food To-Go, and have never experienced any issues with long... waits. The staff tend to move the line without hesitation. The food is displayed neatly with enticing colors and aromas. Wetypically order the bowls and every layer is delicious. Here is where the two missing ???s are? With every visit that we havemade to this location to order food, we?ve ALWAYS experienced the same annoying issue. When we ask for EXTRA spoon of atopping(ex. Crumbled Feta), the staff serving us gets visibly annoyed with every request. Visiting today for dinner, weexperienced the same annoying behavior from the staff member. I love the pickled onions, and wanted three spoons servings ofthem. When I asked the staff member, I was ignored, and I had to repeat that I wanted more onions, I witnessed the same visibleannoyance as we deal with every visit. I ask for an extra side of dressing, because one has never been enough, and the samevisible annoyance begins to change the staff members voice to uninviting. The staff member began ignoring us, and lookingeverywhere but at us, even when responding to us. If the toppings and dressings are a fee, then I?m willing to pay extra. Wealways get extra Pita bread, and we are aware and fine with the extra fee. I?ve witnessed the same unacceptable behavior affectother patrons in front, or behind me. This type behavior has made me choose other dining options near by, when I wanted Mezeh. Ihope this behavior is corrected soon, and more training is given to those employees who have the power to make patrons want toreturn?, or stay away. Read more
If you're wanting to try a Mediterranean food, this is a recommended place. The place itself is clean, and aesthetic.
