When it arrived, food was salty, and cold for one person in our group. Wait staff re-training is needed along with... managerial/leadership training. Nelson, the Manager, was unapologetic about his absence from the restaurant when our table of 13requested to speak to a manager. We had watched as several tables around us were seated well after us, were served, ate & left,while we were still waiting & wondering where our food was. Not one single word of explanation, compensatory gesture nor visitto the table from a table captain as we waited. Just as we decided to leave, our food appeared from the kitchen and Nelsonshowed up. He assisted with the food distribution around the table and never once uttered an apology or acknowledged anyaccountability. He instead cast blame on his staff; the server; and a cook who had called out sick. The food was nothing to talkabout and the restaurant atmosphere uninspiring. I plan never to return. Read more
It was a decision to go for late evening dinner and searching for a restaurant while many closed. However this place open till... 10pm and accept order as well. Staff very professional and welcoming. We had nice Grilled Salman come with Glucomole, tortillaand other veggies. We all throughly enjoyed the food along with Friends visited from India. Read more
I swear this place hasn't changed since I came here as a child with my dad. The place is clean and well lit. The decore seems... well maintained. Server was pleasant and the food came out quick. Didn't care for the salsa. But the chips were fresh. Askedthe waiter for a "spicy sauce". He found me a red paste that was pretty good... But not really a salsa. I specificallyrequested not to have sour cream on my enchiladas. They came out really quick with sour cream on them. This was immediatelyaddressed, and was scraped off. Enchiladas themselves were ok. I don't think there was any sauce on them between the red, greenor white options on the menu. Ordered the Fried Ice Cream for desert. Got Cajeta instead. Getting shaved coconut rather thanfried ice cream isn't objectionable. However the dish was swimming in watered down caramel that tasted like dish water. Onespoonful was enough. Didn't eat anymore. The happy hour menu looks interesting. Might give them another chance to see "minichampagne bottle in a margarita". First place, I placed a go order which can always go really messed up if you order from anywhere else. I wanted something... different other than Senioy Tequlias in Germantown which is less than a half a mile away. I am so glad that I tried Mi Rancho.The food was excellent!and after two margs at the bar and 1 & 1/2 mile later the food was so hot when I got home. The To-Gomargarita lasted until I got home and boy was I ready ???? when I got home (spouse approved wink wink). The protein, thetortillas, the freshness of the vegetables, everything would make you want to try this food even if you didn?t like guacamole orTex-Amex. At the end of the day I can honestly review this place because I?m not of Spanish origin but I know good food when Itaste it. The bartender you want to see is Sydney. She is the really the best, as I was walking up she was saying,? Goodnight?to what seemed as a regular. I dined in at the bar and was happy with their COVID precautions. Upon entry a staff member sanitized my chair and the counter... top. The patrons were adequately spaced out. The drinks were good. I ordered a combination platter. Will definitely order thechicken enchiladas again, but the chicken tamales were a no for me. Service was great. Just wish they had public hand sanitizerreadily available on the bar counter top. All in all, I?ll definitely will return :) Read more
Server have alot to learn and be train, we order fajitas she asked if we wanted everything like all meats we said yes. When... the fajitas came there was only chicken and steak we were expecting shrimps and ribs aswell as the menu said. . She didn'tspecified what was everything. When we got the food we were disappointed with the food not being what we expected from the menu.I questioned her what she said to us was not what we got. We had to wait sooo long for water then she finally came to us wesaid can we get some water. She took her sweet time to bring water she kept talking with other friends and eventually came withwater. Really Bad bad service this was our first time there Never coming back again. Plus no name tag on her please train yourservice teach them the menu.
