I went in for a pick up and slipped coming inside the door due to the rain and wet floor. The two teenage (girls) at the desk... laughed. They were scared to go get the manager. He came out and said ?I?m sorry, are you okay?. I said no. He literally-turned around and went in the back. I slipped again and just left out hopping to my car. They did nothing, didn?t even askabout my order or anything. They are RUDE and inconsiderate of their patrons. I will NEVER go back and tell all of myneighbors what happen. Nikki Read more
Disrespectful and rude on the phone, I found hair in my pizza and it was sticking to the box. The mozzarella sticks was... uncooked with cold marinara sauce. Terrible place to eat it I wouldn?t recommend it. Read more
Ordered two pizzas and a salad. When the delivery person came, they only delivered two pizzas. I told the delivery guy that I... was missing a salad, he walked away and didn?t care. I called Milano?s back and the lady refused to give me a refund for thesalad even though I never got a salad. How is that okay to do? I?m disappointed. I really liked this place too. Read more

I have to be honest when i write my reviews. Today i ordered the special 2 large pizza and coke soda and wings. The wings look... like Some off brand boneless nuggets. They where horrible covered with sauce and rubbery. I contacted the manager and was toldother people liked them. I am 100 % sure they are not liked .
