The employees are really nice, that is where the good about this place ends. They don't have the butter out, you have to ask... for it and they ration it. We had 5 people with bread and they gave us 2 butters. They didn't have any of the correct breadfor the sandwiches. The bathroom has a lock code to use it. Had to ask for utensils. Won't be back. Me & my wife really love all about Panera. This review is to protect the business from toxic staff who treated my wife in... impolite way. September 15, She ordered Latte with 2% milk and no-foam which she always orders. He (Shawn) gave her cold Latte& when she asked him that her order is hot Latte, he shouted at her, aggressively thrown the cold latte in to the trash andbarked saying that he can?t do no-foam hot Latte. He finally gave her hot latte with full of foam. He might have bad day butshowing attitude on loyal customers is unacceptable. Stay away from this place. I made the mistake of coming without checking the reviews. Poor customer service, food is mass... produce, soup is not made on-site. It?s actually dumped from a can. My chicken burger came cold. Every employee is zero help,and seems that they are hiring who ever comes first. never coming back. Not giving them my money. Worst $42.34 spent in fastfood. Read more
Very bad experience at Panera. we tried the new signature take and new spicy take. Both the sandwiches were VERY DRY, nothing... like the picture. Regretted it so much. No wonder it was very quiet. Read more
I ordered bacon , scrambled egg and cheese on Brioche and this was what the sandwich looked like. 2 pieces of bacon. I got the... other sandwich from the Seneca Meadows location. Much better quality. Giving 2 stars to the Century Blvd. location because Ihave no complaints about the service. Read more
We have been here several times and the food is always really good. We decided to get lunch here again and it was really good!... Their grilled cheese sandwich, mac and cheese and bread bowl are amazing. We have also ordered delivery from Panera Bread (usingUber Eats) and all of the food was still fresh and sealed well. I always enjoy getting food from here whether it?s a quick biteor a whole meal. Read more
Staff was friendly. Got the egg white spinach, etc breakfast sandwich. It was put together really sloppy, so I had to take it... apart and rearrange it to be able to eat it. also, no napkins in the bag. Other than that it was pretty tasty coffee was hot andgood. Read more
