This location deserves 0 stars. I placed an order which was clearly notated that the item I ordered was to be a certain flavor.... My food was delivered incorrectly and disgustingly un fresh. I called immediately and spoke with a lady who struggledtremendously with English which is insane to me working at a food place. In short she told me the manager Mohammad would callme. In the meantime, I?m sitting waiting with my food also sitting. He calls 15min later and too barely spoke enough English toassist! But he said he would take care of the problem. He sends the delivery driver back to only delivery my customization anddisregarded that good service would have been to re deliver my entire order since they screwed it up. I called back he says Iwill call grub hub and tell them to refund you. He never did. So, I was stuck with bad food at my own expense. Don?t you dareorder from here! Read more

It?s been forever I wrote a review. I live in ohio and been looking to find a good steak and cheese place around but no luck. I... visit Maryland a lot and found this place out of no where. This is Halal place and I wanted to try their steak and cheezsandwich. I was really surprised with the service and tasty food. The customer service was outstanding. I asked for extra hotsauce and the owner gave me a lot of it. He was very professional and very amazing person. This is my favorite spot and will tryit every time I visit Germantown from now on. Other pizza places were closed so we had to order from this store. We received the pizza with pepperoni and ham on it. We were... far less impressive with this order. The pizza is not rise and soft. Although a little salty for my liking, the pizza is overall good! I have never had beef pepperoni or turkey ham before so this... was a first. Customer service however was not the best at this location, very unorganized and my food wasn?t ready in the timethey stated it would be. Read more
I called an order in at this pizza place. I specifically asked for 1 plain pie and 1 Hawaiian pie, bread sticks and boli... boneless wings (chicken nuggets). I told the guy I had a coupon 8.99 each pie but I paid $14.99 for Hawaiian pie. On top ofmessing up my order from the beginning, I get my order an 1:20 later. I get it there are other deliveries to be made, but 1:20after you place the order. Then I called again because I'm missing the plain pie (pizza pie) and I was told they were going tosend me the missing pie. I'm here waiting for the Palin pie so that I can feed my son, 2 hrs later I get the pie delivered stillwith the wrong pie. It's unbelievable that almost 4 hours later and I didn't get what I ordered and my son couldn't eat hispizza. Never again. Read more
