I gave it a 5 last time I visited. However this past visit curbside was a no, pizza order was not as ordered. Maybe they were... having an off day today, but it will be a while b4 I go back to Pizza Hut. And if I do , I will likely try 1 that has goodreviews. This store should close or the entire staff should be relocated and retrained or let go. Its a shame that Pizza Hut was beloved... at some time or anotger now its just trash at this location. WORST experience ever. Contactless curbside pickup but no one came out. Went in to be told that the person I saw them give pizza... committed fraud and has my pizza/wings. That car was nothing like mines. I was in a SUV with instructions to put the food in thetrunk. That person was in a car that wasn't the same boday type, make, model or color. Then they said give us 15 minutes toremake your order then I watched them give people in the store the incorrect orders. How does the person making the pizza notrecognize the toppings on the pizza???
