I come to this Popeyes all the time because of how close it is to me but I really don?t appreciate the poor customer service. I... also noticed that when I go to the Popeyes in Kentlands, they don?t just throw my fries in a bag without anything to cover it. Iasked the lady who was ringing me up when a customer orders a regular fries do they normally just throw the fries directly inthe bag, she said yes. I was surprised! Another time I told her to cancel my order right after I ordered it because my couponwas cheaper, she said I would have to pay you back from my own pocket. I love popeyes anywhere I go, but this particular Popeyes.... the staff always is bleh. You know a lot of people complain about how slow this place is, I don't know I kinda like it. It's super quiet, never busy when... I've been there. Staff are friendly but not overly talkative. Being able to speak some Spanish helps. I just get a Spicy Chickensandwich. Might take like 20 minutes but I don't come here if I'm in a hurry. The place is clean not too big. Of a lot of fastfood places that trigger my anxiety like crazy this spot I can breathe and just sit and wait. My Father hates it but he is a gogo go man. I was there on Oct 21st 2022 and I ordered it through online and the fried chicken that I received were very dried. I felt the... chicken was fried twice and I was the only customer at 5:30pm. Also I asked for napkins and the employee said to me ?Oh, we areout of napkins? what kind of business are they running if you don?t have any napkins especially when you are eating friedchicken.
