I understand it's the dinner rush time, but taking 30 minutes just to place 10 orders is insanity. The line is wrapped around... the interior and the line is hardly moving. From the halfway point it took 30 minutes just to place the order. That means thoseat the back are looking at an hour? That's insanity. Considering how much chicken is piled up, I'm having a hard time believingit takes that long to fill an order, so there are some major inefficiencies at play here. And that's only taking into accountthose who stayed. Many came and immediately left. A lot of lost business because they can't improve their process. More of ajab at the corporate level, but the inability to use coupons through the app is also silly. Many were forced to wait in linejust to use theirs, if Popeye's allowed coupon redemption via the app, it would alleviate the strain at the location byservicing more mobile orders instead in a timely manner. So many things wrong with Popeyes and this location in particular. Thelocation 10 minutes away is always empty. Next time I'll just go there. Quicker to drive out of my way than it is waiting here. This Popeyes location needs to get it together. I notice that they let Door Dash driver fill drinks for their order. That?s not... the right thing to do. It's plain nasty If that?s how you guys do business at least provide the drivers with proper gloves. Isaw someone had their fingers all in their customer's drink. That's not cool. It's nasty and unhealthy practices both on thedriver and mainly restaurants for even allowing this to take place. That is how people get sick. I will be contacting corporateso this need to stop. This is how much fries I got with my sandwich combo. The combo is $9.29 where a single sandwich is around $4. We paid almost $5... for this much fries! When I went to the counter, the associates said they suppose to give us 18 fries with that combo! I havenever heard of any restaurant count their fries pieces. I go to Popeyes almost every week close to my house in Alexandria, VA. Ihave never heard of 18 fries comes with a combo! The associates are very unfriendly. We wanted to get a chicken combo. Have been to this location a few times now, it's the closest one to our house and every time we have enjoyed the food. My son... really likes mild tenders and my husband is right there with him. Food is fresh every time, location is clean and the servicehas been good. Read more
My favorite Popeyes in the area. The manager Kevin is awesome and you could never tell weather he owns the place or not how much... he cares. The staff aways helpful and shout out to the cook in the back, he or she knows when to drop that food so it stays hot.Excellent experience, I always go back. Read more
