I've been to Red Robin 100s of times and usually enjoyed it, not this time/location. It seems the priority is table turnover. ... Everyone is focused on cleaning the tables, but no one is focused on the actual customers. Our cocktails arrived after our foodand seemed to be virgin. The burgers tasted odd, we're not cooked medium as we requested and the buns were smashed. We askedfor water 3 times during the meal which was finally brought to us at the end. Food was good, but service was hit and miss. The bottomless sides were only one serving as we didn?t see the waitress from the... time our food was delivered until we were done. One of our party spilled a drink and asked the busboy for help and they saidonly the waitress could clean it up, who was nowhere to be found for the next 10 minutes. Read more

Sitting at the bar and waiting for bar tender to look over and take my order.... had to call over to her. Placed my order and... the food came out quickly, but no bartender to be found... I can't get a Drink refill, can't get more fries, didn't get theextra ranch I ordered, even after asking the food runner. Finally she came to check on me, asked again for the ranch.... waitedtill food was cold, never got it. Now I'm sitting here waiting for my check with no one in site. I went there to pick up a delivery for a client but it was a big mistake and someone gave my food to someone else. However, the... manager did everything she could to rectify the issue as expediently as possible. I didn't end up making the delivery but themanagement did a great job to make an attempt to resolve the issue. I got an order of wings before I left and they were verydelicious and well appreciated. Was seated by the host in the bar area. Service was ok. Somehow 1 burger was entered incorrectly despite being the same thing I... ordered with nothing 86'd or sub'd . Was never offered a refill of fries and there was a young man on drink refill duty and hewas not making them properly. Despite ordering the same burger we got different drinks the flavors alone create a differentcolor either he did not understand English well or did not care when we asked if it was the same thing I had vs what wasordered. I seriously feel that red robin has lost their cha4m at least in this location. We had burgers and fries about a month ago and... they tasted very well. We again went to restaurant a week back and the burger lost its grace, the fries were okay. The steakfries were also not upto mark. For sure, this is definitely not a pizza place. The staff here were nice and welcomed us as soon as we arrived. I ordered a cocktail that I don?t believe had alcohol in it at... all, and if it did, it was very little. My order was messed up the first time, but when I got it the second time, I DEVOURED itin one sitting. It was so good! The onion rings are also bomb; it actually wasn?t a bad meal. Came here with my daughter just to grab a quick lunch, I worked at Red Robin years ago and it sure has changed lies it's trying... to very fine dinning, anyway when we arrived I'm sure this was after 12 we we're greeted at the door and seated up against thewall it was a little slow but noticed it was only one server at the time. I decided I wanted to move due to a noisy tableservice was good.
