Ordered dinner for my family, and everything in our order was either forgotten, cold, or missing entirely. Out of every meal... they could have left out, they forgot to include the one for my toddler. Seriously? Kid's meals are always a priority.Always. We were missing drinks, fries were flipped entirely upside down in the bag, and packages were dripping in grease/rippedopen. I can't believe how awful our order was. Always preferred them over McDonald's. After they were bought by Hardee's... They went away. Today there are only a few Roy's... here and there. They still have a following too. This location is clean. Well lit and the staff will even bring the food to yourtable. They have the coke freestyle machine and usually lemonade and or fruit punch. The chicken is usually good but sometimessits a while. The burgers are the highpoint... Thanks to the "fixings bar." Note the before and after. They also have Fresh OldBay for the fries. (That "Cajun Stuff" at 5 Guys is not the same thing.) Ryan likes the Roast Beef Sandwiches. Update: The OldBay isn't available anymore. Read more

Haven't been to Roy's in a long time. Cheeseburger along with the fixings bar was good. Restaurant was clean and staff are... nice. Will return again soon. Read more
Roy Rodgers was always a favorite of mine in college. You paid a bit more but I felt you got more at a higher quality. I was... happy when the group decided to revive the chain years ago. I ordered the basic cheese burger meal. The burger is a good sizeand the fries were freshly made. What makes Roy Rogers great is the "fixins" bar. With a nice choice of vegetables to add toyour burger it makes it a real meal.- It is clear everything is recently cut and fresh. The numerous sauces round it all out. Ienjoyed my burger piled high with lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, boom boom and horseradish sauce. The fries were crispy, notgreasy. A nice meal. A bit pricey at nearly $9 but everything is these days and the quality is several steps above McDonalds. Read more
I come from Baltimore city to another job site close to this Roy Rogers, and every time I come I get the Gold Rush chicken... sandwich. It's been perfect every time, just like my service here. Always a good time here. Read more
The 'roast' beef sandwich is gross and so is the double cheese burger. After a couple of bites, they were tossed in the trash. I... have never been to a Roy Rogers, this is my first time. I didn't know that 'fixings' had to be requested not did anyone offer meanything. Oddly enough, when I ordered my $17 meal, I did specially say "with lettuce, tomato, onions". I loved the quick service. The place looked very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. I liked... the Roy's Fixin's Bar where you get to pick all the burger toppings and the different kinds of sauces. I would definitelyrecommend this place. Read more
