Pathetic very disrespectful and dirty customer service of that white girl who took my order 07.20.33pm on May 23rd. If she will... be my cashier next time. Star bucks will be loosing then 10+Year customer. Normally this location is pretty good. But this morning the people were beyond rude. I ordered a coffee and the bacon egg bites... through the app (as I have many times in the past). I received a bacon, egg and gouda sandwich and I didn't notice until I gotto work. Normally I wouldn't care too much and eat it, but I have celiac disease. If I were to eat this sandwich I would be inextreme pain for at least 2 days. I called them to get a refund and explained that situation. They told me that I would have tocome back in and bring the sandwich as proof so they can verify my story before giving me a refund. Read more
My husband is very, very particular about his Starbucks order- it?s a dread to go to Starbucks and know the workers will make... him feel ridiculous and 9/10 times they will make it incorrectly but this location?! Made it PERFECT the FIRST time and not oncewhile he was ordering made him feel ridiculous. They were absolutely the best. Sooooo patient, not once did the cashier notsmile at us. I believe the one who made it was Skye (we officially love you Skye!) but everyone there was truly just wonderfuland so pleasant. This will be the only location we go to from now on.
