Horrible late night service. Need to station more employee. After making online order, I had to wait in DT line for 48 minutes... before getting my food. There were good 10 cars waiting and I swear there was only one or two employees working since it took anaverage of 5 minutes per car. Of course the food came out cold. My daughter and I were really disappointed in how our food was made. Half of it hit the trash because it wasn?t made right and... didn?t taste good (bean burritos with way too many beans & little to no supreme, added and paid for). I added a star becausethose working outside were remarkably pleasant despite the heat and they entered my order correctly. Read more

I don?t know who management is here but they really need to get more employees to work at night. the poor girl who is... frantically working doing orders, taking orders and running the entire taco bell herself AT NIGHT when it?s the busiest isprobably not even getting paid enough. Night staff needs to be re-trained. Crunch Wrap Supreme (Beef) had chicken in it. A CHICKEN NECK to be exact. I've eaten enough... rotisserie chicken to know. There was no beef in the wrap and only a pinch of lettuce. I had to add my own veggie mix cuz thething looked so flat. I get things run out at night an hour before closing, but at least communicate that there's no beef! ANDif replacing, DON'T REPLACE WITH BONES! Those 3 free tacos won't cut it! Read more
