The employees really mean well, but my experience today cost me time and money. I ordered with a lovely girl who was training; I... had a few modifications, and She was struggling so her manager came to help. Both the young lady and manager read my order backtwice and everything was correct. However, I wasn?t given a receipt so I had no way to truly confirm. *I ordered two smoothiecombos* I received one smoothie and my food order pretty quickly, but then waited another 15 before I had to get up and askabout my second smoothie. They printed a copy of my receipt which did not show my second smoothie was charged. My smoothie wasrang up separately which costs more than if it had been a combo like I asked. Once I got home and started eating, I realized myfood order was wrong. I ordered a wrap with no tomorrows and no Parmesan crisps. The wrap had both items on it. Despite mypatience and understanding while being in the store for nearly 30 minutes, I was livid when I got home and my food wasn?t madecorrectly. The ball was dropped so many times on my order. Great smoothies and flatbread sandwiches. Reminds me of being on the OBX. All these people complaining on long wait times and... quality of smoothies after one visit are being unfair. Were you good at any job you had immediately or did it take you time?This is a new business. Give them time to hire and train new staff on the processes. Most businesses are struggling to hirepeople so be patient with the staff they have. Read more
