They continually do not include all the listed ingredients for thier items. This is like the 3 or 4th time I've order a sausage... egg and Swiss sandwich and ot is completely devoid of any sauce at all. There is not even an option. To removed the swiss sauceon the online menu. Staff are routinely rude to customer and dashers alike. Staff does not check the orders going out foraccuracy. Many many times, including today, items are missing from my orders or a few times I've received someone else orderentirely. Just really terrible service and lacking in quality assurance. Im done. I suggest yall find a new place to eat. Itwill never be correct and I've even see the staff argue with in person customers about items that were checked by the customer,against the printed receipt at the counter, before leaving. Like its very apparent this was made wrong please fix it...but thestaff refuses. Read more

All the signs say they open the dining room at 7am but the doors are locked at 845am. The employee said they open at 9am. When I... said they should update their signs the employee just looked at me with a blank stare. The soda tasted like water - little to nosyrup. The food tasted fine but the price for a sandwich is nearly 2X McDonalds. I can?t imagine why anyone would eat here. Read more

It's Wendy's so you pretty much know what you're getting. That being said, the service is always fast, friendly, and accurate.... The building is also very clean. Very few times have they ever forgotten something u on my order but anytine they have theircustomer service was excellent. I would recommend this location. Read more

Not sure what happened, but customer service has gone severely downhill in recent months. Every time I visit, they mess up some... part of my order. I just had to have a delivery order refunded because of how much they messed up. I ordered 3 combos, and akid's meal. The kids meal had no fries, and of the 3 medium combos I ordered, we only got ONE medium fries in the bag. Nospecial instructions were followed, and they weren't complicated. Just put lettuce on one sandwich, and pickles on another. Theyconsistently mess your order up, and the people working there are obviously high as kites, so they really couldn't care less.They probably don't even know where they are. Read more

Worst customer service ever and unsanitary worker practices. Kids got sauces already opened, some were clearly cut open with a... knife of some sort. Even had used wrappers put in our bag. Believe the reviews & stay away from this location. Horribleexperience when I visited 8/22/22 between 9 - 10pm. Workers speak down at you, act like they're doing you a favor, and stillmess up your orders (and the order mishaps are frequent but furthest from their main problem). Entire team needs training incustomer service; it's clear that isn't important to management (or franchise owners) however. Just not worth the hassle. Visitanother location even if it's a few extra minutes away. Trust me. Read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was ordering drive thru and the lady named Fatima acted like it was her Wendy's. Didn't... say good morning, thank you. Also I ordered a breakfast combo and wanted American cheese and no cheese sauce. I got cheese sauceand no cheese. I will not be going back there again. It's not hard to be nice and have a smile. There's a lot of good happypeople out here without jobs ad y'all hire grouches who don't appreciate what thay har at all.... It's really ???? Read more

Worst customer service ever. Have given this place 3 tries recently and every time they are soo rude. I had to change my drink... on my order this last time and the employee literally said Oh My God over the speaker like I committed the worst offense ever.I'm so over the rudeness and them getting my orders wrong. I ask for no mayo..what do I get? Extra mayo. I ask for no ice in 1drink what do I get? No ice in ALL the drinks. Even totally different sandwiches than what I order. I get having a bad day. Iwork in retail myself. I get it. But it was like this person always has a bad day. Should not be in customer service at all.Will not be back to this location ever. McDonalds is 30ft away. Read more

DISGUSTING!!! While washing up before eating I witnessed an employee at the urinal finish his business and then return to the... kitchen without washing their hands. These variable flavor drink machines are about the worst device in the restaurantbusiness. Read more
