Man this is going to be a long one so sit down and put your seatbelt on. Here we go! Tonight we place a online order. 2 chicken... sandwich meals and a 16 piece boneless for the kids. I wait about 14 mins in the parking lot then head inside. Asked how longthe order would be. She said 10 mins (Arianna the MOD) so I sit and wait. About 5 minutes in she says we are out of chickensandwiches. Ok cool let me get something else in replacement of it. We work it out, stuff happens I understand I say let me makeanother order for extra food since It would not be enough and can you hook me up with a extra drink for the troubles.Begrudgingly she says ok and hands me 2 cups for soft drinks on the freestyle machine. I try to get drinks #1 no ice. Okwhatever. #2 the only thing I can get out of some odd 20 options theres only Hi C. I say hey the machine is out of soda. Shesays "I know" soooo why would you give me cups and not a bottle soda? Anyways. Customers pour in picking up and ordering thesame sandwiches. She stops and says i will go check the back! Puzzled as ever. I watch (Arianna) bring out 2 cases of chickenthat says Keep Frozen. She smirks at me. While pulling what appears to be chicken patties out of the box. I calmly sit down andwatch. Furious at that moment. They finally give me my food after a half hour wait time. I ask is my whole order in here? MODsays yes. Then I ask. I thought you were out of sandwiches or is it that you did not want to make them. She blankly stares. Isay what is your name btw. She replies. Why? I say as a manager you do not want to give your name? She replies I dont understandwhy . I say again as a person in a supervisory role you will not give me your name? She gives it finally and I leave peacefully.Get home to find me second order missing. Oh boy here we go , all aboard back to Wingstop. It?s like they make my food and don?t even care how it looks. The sauce is never fully mixed in and they barely gave me any... ranch on my buffalo fries. This is like the third time I?ve ordered from them and all three times were bad. Read more
This place is always filthy, the workers don't always wear gloves, and are very very bad at customer service. If you order... online expect to wait 10+ mins past given pickup time. Read more
Tasty, hot, and fresh wings and great friendly staff. I especially love the Orange Schezhuan and Louisiana Rub flavors. Staff... always gets orders ready quickly. Update: I went in to pickup, then realized they made a mistake on my order. Told them aboutit and the staff was super nice and corrected it right away. Amazing staff at this location! Read more
If I could rate zero stars, I would. Horrible customer service. Went in to pick up my online order and stood there while the... entire staff of 6 employees were bunched up by the fryers in conversation. Two employees made eye contact with me and proceededto continue in the groups conversation. Neither greeted or came forward to assist me. I attempted to get their attention andstill no one budged. I went to place an order. I always go to this location. But customer service has no idea how to speak with customers. The lady ... that took my order didn?t even let me finished my sentence she was in a hurry for me to finished up. She was with bad actitud.The machine didn?t have no ice. Absolutely the worst customer service of any Wingstop location I have been to. went there last night with my son and my wife I... go to this location because it's the close to our home. We then decided to eat at the location because it started raining heavy.when we got our food, we asked for plates, so we dine in. I could tell the person working there was not happy with the fact thatwe decided to eat at the location, and she told us they had no plates and the ones she does have she is not allowed to give thembecause are running out of plates. We ended up making it work with using paper as plates. we also ordered 3 drinks and the sodamachine, the coca cola machine which has a wide variety of choices only had Powerade and Agua fresca, had I known this Iwouldn't have ordered drinks and simply went home. I have been to this location many times and there's been many issues, and noone seems to care, no one follows up nothing! so it's really no use even writing this review. Needless to say, I will go toanother location going forward where they actually appreciate their customer and provide better service.
