GM welcomed us like friends, gave us an excellent table and thanked us on the way out when dinner was over. Our server was... smart, cool and poured heavily when refilling our sparkling wine. We loved the taste and presentation of the ox eye cocktail,the Mac and cheese and the baked cheese appetizer. The mussels were fresh and perfectly prepared too. The place was almost full of happy patrons, we sat at the bar. Loren was our bartender, and the entire staff helped each other... out. We shared 2 appetizers and 2 entrées. Everything was superb. They were very busy, but we never felt rushed. We can't waitto eat here again and hope to enjoy more of Loren's expertly crafted cocktails. One last thing. The menu clearly states that youare being charged a service fee. Basically the tip is already added. If you give extra it is shared with the whole staff. Full disclosure: I am a regular at Gaskins because food, staff, is always beyond amazing. It is my happy place. What prompted... me to write this review is that this restaurant, fabulous to begin with, just keeps getting better and better. I am constantly blown away by the unique flavors ,preparation of dishes and seasonal creativity while still maintaining a beautiful farm freshdown to earth feel. Thank you Gaskins! Read more

This place is quite the little Gem. Make sure to get there early, but not one min before they open otherwise you’ll stand... outside waiting. The vibes were amazing and the decor was impeccable.
