I was told I had to leave Otto's because I wouldn't wear a mask. Despite the fact that the state mask order has ended, Otto's... claims they can still require one as a condition of being in their store. Here is why this is incorrect. Even while the statehad a mask order, there was always an exception for those who "could not medically tolerate" wearing one. The store that has aBlack Lives Matter sign in its window has no problem discriminating against people with health conditions. As a Place of PublicAccomodation, they are prohibited by law from doing this. In addition, New York broke the State Health Code by allowingbusinesses to administer medical devices, of which a face covering is one. The handling of this nightmare has been anunmitigated failure, since day one. Otto's, please reconsider your policy, use some common sense and have a heart. Read more
Otto's is a very nice Curated store. The thing that I love every time that I walk in is the hospitality that the employees bring... to the business. The deli is fantastic and has flavorful food that you want to go back and get every time! Read more
Their deli creations (especially their breakfast burritos) are just the best. You?ll never get anything old because everything?s... made daily or it?s made to order! Not what you?d expect out of a little market, impressive. The customer service is great.Everyone knows how to be friendly, and they treat their regulars like family.
