You can usually depend on the quality and consistency of the food and usually has excellent pizza. The customer service needs... improvement, as there are mostly teenage wait staff not paying attention to orders or customers. They have a tendency to not beas personable as you would expect either. I had a cheesesteak and it was average at best. Very dry and tough. I also had a strawberry cheesecake shake and that was... great. I haven't tried the pizza and am not sure if I should. I live in Middletown so its a quite a drive. Maybe one daybefore the end of 2022 I will try the pizza. Read more

Good pizza, but the cheeseburgers with everything are the best! Pretzel bites with beer cheese are terrific. Don't leave without... a scoop of hand dipped ice cream. Firehouse themed and family friendly. One of our favorite places to eat. Read more

The food is still decent. The employees are awful rude the delivery drivers especially! none of the employees are even able to... tell you details about their menu items. if you have it delivered it will be at least an hour to an hour and a half and coldwhen it arrives. I live about two blocks away so we started going to pick it up. you will be told 35 to 45 minutes usually onpick up orders and then arrive and still wait another 20 or more minutes. There are other local pizza restaurants in town thatare much better I?d recommend checking those out. This place use to be awesome I?m not sure if it?s true but I heard it?s undernew ownership I guess that could be the problem. Hopefully they get it back to being awesome. Read more
