I will take my business to skyline from now on. I used to come here often , like once a wk but each time I came back more and... more PURCHASED items weren?t being given in the drive through order, despite very long wait times, (it?s expensive already) soIF I had time I?d have to pull back , go inside only to deal with very rude employees who acted as if I was terrible for askingfor what I already purchased. If I wasn?t missing something I was given the wrong item instead. So we stopped buying dinnerhere. My grandparents love the food so we continued to stop for them when they requested ( still had to deal with the aboveissues but we wanted them to be happy) This time however we couldn?t pick it up for them so we ordered it online to be deliveredto them. They charged my bank account for the total , then it said it didn?t go through, when I tried to find my order detailsto call someone it charged my account a SECOND time, followed by order not submitted notice. I called Gold star , tried toexplain what happened but was interrupted by the gentleman telling me ? yea we don?t have your order?. I told him I ordered fromhis store specifically and that I had already been charged twice . He chuckled and said well we don?t have the order. When Iasked what I should do he very rudely told me to call corporate. Apparently their online ordering for THEIR LOCATION on theirlocations website is ran by corporate. So despite being charged by THEIR ACTUAL STORE branch ID and everything they wouldn?thelp me (technically wouldn?t help a 89 and 93 yr old on fixed incomes). Thankfully I used my card instead of theirs like theywanted , at least I?m out the money and not them. I explained what happened to their food order that?s not being delivered tothem and they were beside themselves. I get it?s just fast food but they have no standards, are rude, dismissive, rip you offthen laugh at you when u ask for help. Cole, our server was fantastic and did everything to help us and everyone else in the front even though he is not a server. That... being said he is only one person and can only do so much. Took a while to get our order and food. The whole time the otherperson working the front, Morgan, played on her computer and only helped when absolutely had to and gave attitude the whole timeshe helped. On top of this some of the people on the line (couldn't catch names) where cussing and carrying on with childrenpresent. The only person that was acting professionally the whole time was Chris. Who was also the only person to jump in andhelp our server. Management needs to look into this. Read more
Its ok to expensive for what you get .. Ya can amost got to a steak house for about the same money and the portions would be... bigger. Read more

I had ate there a couple days ago and when I did the staff was awful my server was amazing her name was Maria she was excellent... and was very fast and friendly there was this one guy which I assume was the manager on duty I had asked my sever his name andshe said Chris he was bossing people around and cussing at them out for talking while he was sitting down talking with anotherdude that looked just like him and in that time they had threw a employees phone and started to cuss them out and I had childrenwith me this was all unacceptable and those two need to be delt with Read more
Everytime I get food from here it's perfect. I always get the burgers and they never disappoint. Fries are always fresh. All the... negative reviews I do not understand. Yes, you may have to wait a extra couple of minutes, but it's worth it because the food isfresh. Read more
