Horrible! Ordered a deluxe quarter pounder meal. Fries and sandwich are cold. Also ordered a shake, they didn't have any. They... never have any, any time we have ever gone there they say the shake machine is down. Here's my suggestion FIX IT! If you weren'tthe only burger place in town, you would be out of business. I visited the McDonald's in Germantown, Ohio. The drive through speaker was broken and I could not understand the order takers... instructions on how to place order. I waited for 15 minutes to receive a cup of coffee. When, I received the coffee, it tastedlike sugar was in it which I did not order. Instead of turning back to get my order corrected, I drove to another McDonald'srestaurant in the next town. They replaced my coffee order at no charge. If I could give a zero I would!! Ordered on the app and it took them almost 30 minutes while we was standing at the counter to... finally get our food to us. They gave us two coupons that expired Oct 31?2022!! We watched people go through the drive throughfaster then we got served. What is the point of having order ahead app if you?re not getting your food timely. This McDonald?sis the biggest joke of a restaurant!! Even the food is subpar with horrible customer service. The young lady was really nice and the service was great. They just need to have a little more patience with older people. My... grandmother had a a problem understanding what the girl was talking about, the seemed to be loosing her patience. Of course Idid my best to help without laughing at my grandmother. The Germantown Ohio McDonald?s use to be great!! This year though that has changed it is AWFUL cold old food and rude vulgar... employees all day everyday it really don?t matter what time you go or what day. We drive to miamisburg now it?s still decent! Read more
Everything we ordered was fresh, hot and delicious. Most don't do this good, but I was impressed. A+ Very nice and friendly.
