This use to be my favorite location for years. Now, it's the worst in the Memphis Metropolitan area. I just waited over 45... minutes in the Drive-thru line. The staff is very respectfully as always but the service is horrible. This is my third badexperience at this location. All of the other locations throughout Memphis is way faster, 15 minutes tops in the Drive-thru,along with Curbside Pickup that this location doesn't offer anymore. You would think low staff, but it's a ton of people atthis location. I hope they can get it together soon but for now, it's a no go for me. Read more
I got there 826 and got food at 906. There was single line traffic and after 20 min cars started pulling around on other side... and slowed it down even more. They need someone to control the traffic or cones or something. Had to use enough of gas where Icould have driven 7 miles while waiting. The person at window was very nice. Said coming in was much faster. I have ahandicap so that is hard, but they need a sign telling you to do that or something at beginning of line before you get hemmedin. Won't go back through drive through and may not return at all. Was very disappointed. To top it off food was not good. Read more
Overall, great location and respectful staff. I give this a low star review because I?m currently 3-for3 on this location... forgetting an item on our curbside order. I respectfully feel that I shouldn?t have to check my bag just to make sure I have allmy food before I leave and it is quite upsetting to get home, and realize someone doesn?t have their actual meal. I understandrushes and being near closing time, just please work on making sure all the food is provided to the door-hop before it everleaves the kitchen and is given to the customer. Very upsetting. I tried calling as fast as I could to try an catch someone asthey closed but I got no answer. Read more
I waited in the drive-thru for 25 minutes. Usually I would be upset; but I admire the professional staff, the efficiency and the... food. You do not experience the staff goofing off; they are vested. Just another chic fill A. I have always been a fan of them when it comes to fast food. I love their spicy sandwich, and... southwest salad, or morning biscuits. I love the way they manage their drive through crowd, especially since the pandemic time.This no contact drive through operation is the best in the us I guess. This location is just another usual chic fil A. However,they were pretty slow. I was visiting at a time after the usual peak dinner hours. So the crowd was far less. Still they took along time to move. Well, I assume that?s a bad day. The food was usual. I was super hungry. So I ordered a southwest salad whichwas fresh and very filling. And a spicy sandwich, which was hot and exactly the way I love. Read more
I mean what can I say, it?s Chick-fil-A! lol But seriously there was a LONG line like always, the staff was quick, friendly, and... extremely nice! I placed my order got to the check out paid and received my order all in about 5 or so minutes even with thelong line. The food was yummy BUT my one complaint is the fries had no salt. Read more
The wait for the drive through is 20+ minutes at any given time. They really need to work on the flow.
