I haven't been to Arby's in so long and felt very excited to remember the yum! Unfortunately, there was zero yum on the food. It... was pretty awful and we spent almost $50! The one positive post was that one of the staff (didn't know his name for reference)came running out, very energetic, to flag is down to give us my sandwich they had forgot. Food is great, but I don?t really understand the point of offering coupons when I have tried to go to this location several... times over the last couple of months and EVERY time, they are closed, even though their hours reflect otherwise. Also triedgoing today, knowing that they close at 5, and yet they were closed earlier than that time yet again. Honestly, it?s anabsolute joke and just a matter of time before they are out of business, but because of this ridiculousness, rightfullydeserved. Read more
Dine in never opened, severely understaffed, and can never get an order right on the first time through. Staff are extremely... unhappy and rude. They missed two sandwiches in my order and made it seem like it was me inconveniencing them even though I hadto drive 10 minutes back to the store, and wait 15 minutes in the drive through line (inside closed) just to give me attitudewhen I picked up the missing food (which I was nothing but polite and understanding). Don't go here if you are expecting good service. Had to wait 20 plus minutes for order which apparently they forgot. Watched... people come and go with there ordered, had to call store to remind them still waiting. I had to tell them what I ordered to gethome and find wrong food in bag. They couldn't even fill the fry container for inconvience. Got a half filled container. Couldhave done something. Didn't. I used to like eating at Arby's. Now it's terrible. Nice refreshing change from the McDonald's fast-food. It appears done is closed. But drive thru was open. Order taker was very... patient as I went thru menu on display board. I went with the Original Chicken and Curly fries. Both were freshly made. Theywere hot but not to hot. Just the right amount of lettuce,mayo and tomatoes. Chicken was nice and meaty with the right amount ofmoisture. I give this Arby's two thumbs up in Germantown on County line Rd. Read more
This location constantly forgets to give you ordered items. You can never call them because the phone is always busy. Good thing... they aren't a oil change business because they would probably forget to put the oil back in your car. Read more
