As a worker in the restaurant industry, I will say my most recent visit to this Buffalo Wild Wings was one of the most upsetting... visits of anywhere I've been. My girlfriend and I had tried too call in a order last week and consistently called for over 30minutes and nobody answered the phone, we finally got through after the half hour and someone answered and then hung up on us,then did not answer again. We decided too drive to the restaurant and place our order, when we walked in the restaurant was veryslow and had only 1 table eating throughout the entire restaurant and 1 patron at the bar. When we went up too order our food,we asked one of the 2 bartenders and the female rudely told us we had to order at a different counter. We placed our order andwaited, during that time I went too use the men's restroom and was absolutely appalled and disgusted by the condition it was inwith how many employees we're doing absolutely nothing. This is now the 2nd time we have come to this location and have walkedinto the restrooms being left unattended. When I came out of the restroom, I politely let one of the bartenders know thecondition of the men's restroom and he did not do anything about it, instead went back on his cellphone. For the 25 minutesafter mentioning this, nobody had even went into the restroom to check it out or clean it up. Although it was the end of thenight, I believe keeping any establishment in clean condition when the opportunity arises in slow times should be a toppriority, especially at a place where food is served. I can only hope the kitchen is not in the same conditions where the foodis prepared! To top off our unfortunate visit, we got home all the way in Hartford and when we opened our boxes of food we foundout we were given another customers order and the restaurant was closed by then. Apparently this is a salad, some lettuce and one piece of chicken, I gave them 2 emails to make it right , they offered $8.00... towards an appetizer.. So many choices now out there with better food and pricing. Its one thing to make a mistake, but not tocorrect it for a client the next time? Just Sad. Oh and hey bw , I already filled out your form. You guys didn't make it right. So don't auto reply to me , unacceptable. You guys really don't care, cheers to being the next restaurant that goes under. Read more
The only reason it's 2 stars is because the manager did a good job addressing the issue. Did an online order set to pick up at... 630. Got there a few minutes late due to issues at McDonald's for my son's food. The take out clerk looked through the warmingovens and didn't see it. Fine they're running behind. They were slammed and must have been short kitchen staffed. Manager wasrunning around doing a lot also fine. The hostess however was most likely high not checking on my food or even going back andpicking up food and checking. Manager comes out with like 10 orders asks what my order was and finds it in the warming oven anhour after. Even though short staffed our waitress was friendly timed everything correctly so the appetizers didn't come out with entree. My... only complaint was that I ordered a classic mojito and it is the worst I've ever had for $8 it should have had some alcohol init. I don't know how this place still has customers. Short staff was not an excuse, as we don't mind waiting extra long (almost 40... minutes for the food). We were visiting and having a good time anyway... The food: The fries were well overcooked and lookedold. I can't understand how a "chef" or waitress could bare to set in a plate or the table. I was actually embarrassed ????. TheNashville hot chicken sandwich, I thought I was on a prank show for a few minutes... No one came to claim it was a joke.. Thesandwich was cold and watery with hot sauce. The meat was very limited as a kids meal would be more fitting. I couldn't eatit, and I did ask if it was supposed to be served hot temperature-wise. I did order a different item off the menu because Inever wanted to see that sandwich again. I ordered a burger and it was so hot when it came out, thanks! I must say, it wasextremely overcooked, almost black, and I couldn't eat it either.. see photo.. Drinks were hard to refill here, even thoughthere were not so many customers. I'm hungry, and hangry. Place has been going downhill for years now. Gave them a chance tonight and realized my order was wrong when I got home. No big... deal. My problem was the quality. The wings were dry and looked like a first grader sauced them. Read more
Worst fries I've ever had! I haven't been here for a while but their fries were never this bad. Ordered for a group which cost... us over 200 dollars and we all had fried looking like this, stale, dry, hard to crew, and taste like old fries from the daybefore or over cooked. Never will I ever come back for fries here but chicken still good so DONT BUY THEIR WING BUNDLE HEREBECAUSE YOU'LL END UP LIKE ME AND MY CREW WITH DISAPPOINTMENT. Read more
I Honestly don't understand how this place doesn't have a 2 star average. For it to be placed in the area it is, it should run... better than it does. They rarely pick up the phone (low on staff maybe) & the way they package and prepare food is beyondhorrible. I just ordered bird dawgs today and my food is all over the place ! Like they just threw it in the box and couldn't bebothered. The Buffalo wild wings on Mayfair is better. Read more
